On the latest episode of “Married to Medicine,” the couples’ trip to Key West takes a turn after tension forms between Gregory and King. Here are the highlights for, “Trouble on the Sandbar.”
Everyone reflects on Gregory and Quad’s blowup.
Quad and Gregory discuss the previous blowup that took place during the couples’ game with their partners. Gregory apologizes to Sweet Tea for getting loud with her. He just wanted her to stop arguing with Quad. Quad tells King she believes Gregory is still in love with her. He’s jealous of their relationship because Sweet Tea is just a “stand-in.”

Meanwhile, Mimi tells Toya she lit the spark that caused the chaos. Toya questions how she caused Quad to clash with Sweet Tea and Gregory. Mimi feels like Toya saying it was awkward to see Quad and Gregory bring their partners around each other only made things worse. Toya says she was just saying what everyone else was thinking.

Apollo and his wife aren’t feeling Phaedra’s choice of a new boo.
It’s boat day. Things get interesting when the group sees Apollo heading their way with his wife Sherien. Heavenly is caught off guard because Apollo told her Sherien wasn’t joining him on the couples’ trip. In a green screen interview, Phaedra accuses Sherien of being Apollo’s side chick while they were married and pregnant with their youngest. While Heavenly did tell her Apollo was coming, she didn’t sign up for Sherien’s appearance.

Quad gets petty in her green screen interview and asks Phaedra how she feels about having her ex and their spouse in the group.
Sherien and Apollo greet the group and give hugs as Phaedra and her man Cheick socialize with the others.
Heavenly learns Apollo and Sharon take issue with Phaedra dating Cheick because they are friends. Phaedra tells producers she didn’t know Cheick and Apollo were friends until Cheick told her recently.
Gregory and King try to hash it out.
The men try to move forward after Quad and Greg’s situation. Greg wants King to know he didn’t mean any disrespect to Quad or him. But Quad was drunk and he didn’t like her speaking on his marriage. He didn’t handle it the best way. They have a past and it wasn’t pretty. He told her she talks “too ******* much.”
King says he didn’t hear this part and Gregory needs to apologize to Quad for saying this. Gregory thinks apologies are owed from both sides. But he respects that King is just trying to support Quad.

Sherien and Apollo confront Cheick for dating Phaedra. They say he is considered family and even comes around on holidays. Phaedra calls Sherien bad-built and refuses to defend her dating choices to her. Sherien says Apollo doesn’t care about Phaedra. Cheick also doesn’t understand why he needed to say anything to Apollo. Phaedra becomes irritated and she and Cheick walk away as the drama intensifies.

After people are able to separate them, King pulls Gregory aside to discuss Quad, again. He tells Gregory he knows about the past. And Gregory can’t talk to Quad anymore.
Gregory says he doesn’t want to talk to Quad. He just wants her to stop speaking on him and his marriage. King says Quad can say what she wants and Gregory doesn’t think this is fair. Tempers flare and King tries to put his hands on Gregory. The episode ends with the other men trying to keep a fight from happening.

What are your thoughts on the episode?
Quad was doing way too much and put king in a situation. If you are secure in your situation you didn’t have to say anything or speak of Greg and sweet tea. I agree with Greg, she had too much to drink. Greg was trying to be quiet until she kept throwing jabs. I’m not sure how king thought Quad could say whatever she wanted to Greg and he not respond. Quad needs to simmer down and stop doing so much. Phaedra is a liar and always have been. Like she didn’t know simple math and couldn’t calculate the fine her son was conceived . Which is while Apollo was in jail. Heavenly was doing too much as well. Sweet tea had the right to ask questions. Heavenly was being messy as usually and didn’t like the fact she was being called out on it. I see why Apollo had an issue about Shaq. It wasn’t about Phaedra. It was about respect. You eating at my table but sleeping with the mother of my kids. With all of the other people in Atlanta you mess with her and wasn’t man enough to give me a heads up.
The whole group is crazy, who wants to go on a couples trip with a ex and their significant other, Heavenly knows this and wanted chaos, And Jackie and Simone going along with Heavenly’s BS, both ought to be ashamed, Jackie wouldn’t go on a couples trip with the chick Curtis cheated with, And Simone wouldn’t do the same with Cecil female friend that almost caused them to get divorced, and the same with Damon’s side chick, all knew it was going to be chaos, and Quad and her made up paid for fake boyfriend need to be canceled because there is no reason for neither one to be on the show, Apollo and his chick shouldn’t have been on there, thanks to messy a-s Heavenly, so classless , Heavenly needs a old fashion beat down, until this happens she’s going to continue to be messy

King is going to regret so much when Quad burns him. He has no idea who he is dealing with and it shows smh.
Sherien’s bloated a-s got exactly what she deserved in the end and so did Apollo. Apollo was cheating on Phaedra with Sherien while she was pregnant but has the nerve to be mad about his friend dating Phaedra. They can both go to h-ll. They just want to be on TV.
Heavenly and Quad are ruining this show. They keep trying to manufacture drama and it’s not fun to watch. This show should have been recasted a long time ago. Producers should be ashamed. This used to be one of the best shows on Bravo too.
Anyone else confused as to why King and Quad keep getting in Tea and Greg’s personal space and causing mess? Why did King think it was the right time to talk to Greg while he was trying to keep his wife from fighting Heavenly? And why was Quad in Tea’s face screaming at her to listen to Greg while that commotion was happening? Are they that pressed for camera time? If you don’t like another couple, stop trying to force scenes with them. Sh-t makes no sense. This has turned into Love & Hip Hop/LAMH foolishness. Heavenly and Quad are doing the most. They need to sit the f-ck down before they get the show canceled. Ratings aren’t great.
Quad is a low down jealous girl. If she’s really over her ex why all the talk. If they were playing in her face like that she would be livid. The fact Gregory is trying to come for Greg shows he’s weak and Quad is pulling his strings. Greg by no means want quad back
King, Quad, and Heavenly started all the bullish-t. But they’ll blame everything on Tea, Greg, and Phaedra. I’m tired of this cast! They ALL enable Hesvenly and act like Sweet Tea is wrong to call her out. And Toya definitely lost me this season. The way she keeps trying to look down on Sweet Tea is messed up. I guess she’s the backstabber Mariah said she was!

I think Gregg kept baiting King. He wanted him to react. King did what any man would do and that’s defend his woman the same way Gregg confronted Dr. Damon about Heavenly.
King is a hood rat and he’s declassing the show! Quad could have hired a better boyfriend!
Quad started that mess with Greg and Tea. She really working hard to keep her spot. It’s sad that she is making herself look desperate to do it. Heavenly is messy as he’ll. She complained about going to South Carolina because Jackie’s husband got caught cheating there, yet she saw nothing wrong with bringing Apollo and the woman who he cheated with on the couples trip. Heavenly had a lot of energy to fight Sweet Tea but was yelling for security with Contessa. . Heavenly felt like the men would keep Sweet Tea from beating that *ss. Toya, Toya, has turned out to be a messy mess.
Dr. Gregory has a lot to lose! I would have also filed a police report expeditiously.
King has the mentality of a peasant. He’s coming into a situation he knows NOTHING about to be used by Quad. She has never had a genuine relationship or connection with anyone in her life because she’s the narcissist she claims Gregory is. She will destroy King when she’s done with him because that’s the type of person she is. She continues to bother and antagonize Gregory and Tea because she’s a miserable person. King has children and he needs to stop embarrassing himself on TV for a narcissist.
Glad we can see what is really going on because the cast seems slow sometimes . King ran up on Greg to attack him, so a restraining order should’ve got processed on him. King had no business approaching Gregory to ask him anything when he was trying to console his wife Sweet T. King & Quad not even married so why is King doing so much. More so, Quad fake @ss need to stop speaking on Greg marriage. Quad started all that mess that night, yet they all think it’s ok for Quad to say whatever she wants but no one should say nothing to her and that’s the sane bs heavenly evil @ss like yo pull and her husband i. Denial like king think their messy @ss women can say whatever they want out their mouth but no one can give them the same energy.
Quad & Heavenly and their lame men need to be dropped from the show .
Cannot wait until the reunion when Simone gone read Quad @$$ and Toya gone say whatever we all here in ATL have heard about Heavenly husband “allegedly” having a baby or twins… never known no grown @ss man to drink baby formula milk (LOL) in his cereal. Why Dr. Damon not drinking Almond, Oat, Walnut or Hemp milk…LOL
