On the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Drew makes it to Nashville, despite Porsha not inviting her to the birthday celebration. Porsha rubs Angela the wrong way, again. Here are the highlights for, “Boots on the Ground.”
Shamea talks about her painful past.
Drew arrives in Nashville. While all the ladies are en route to their daily activities, Shamea receives a text message that makes her emotional. She left her previous marriage due to alleged domestic abuse. Years ago, the woman who texted wasn’t supportive when she told her story. The woman reached out to apologize. This made Shamea emotional just thinking back on those times on top of her daughter’s health issues. The other women console her.

Cynthia helps Brit and Angela hash out their issues. Angela apologizes for hurting Brit’s feelings. Drew explains they weren’t trying to be hurtful by wanting to support her and Kenya. Brit receives Angela’s apology. It’s time to move forward.

Drew attempts to talk things out with Porsha at dinner. However, Porsha isn’t receptive and barely wants to engage with Drew during the conversation. So Drew leaves. She later tells Angela and Shamea she is not going to subject herself to attacks and mistreatment when she already has to go through a messy divorce.
Meanwhile, Porsha tells Cynthia that Drew should have respected her boundaries and not have attempted to film with Dennis behind her back. Cynthia agrees.

Some of the ladies end up drinking a lot that night and Angela is on the phone with Charles until she hears her name mentioned. She overhears the ladies discussing her husband Charles. At some point, Porsha says she’ll sleep with Charles if Angela doesn’t calm down. Angela goes downstairs and starts recording with her phone whole confronting Porsha and the others.
Porsha walks off and says she doesn’t want to be recorded.
During a green screen interview, Porsha insinuates she can’t remember what she said that night because she was drunk. Kelly says Porsha said she’d sleep with Charles as payback. As for Angela, she feels like Porsha crossed the line and needs “puppets” like Shamea to back her up.

What are your thoughts on the episode?
I don’t agree with Angela inviting Drew to Nashville but I feel like Porsha was wrong about the statement she made about Angela’s husband. It wasn’t a good look for her considering her marrying Simon. This season so far seems to be a lot of mean girl vibes going on.
They have been playing reruns of RHOA for the couple of weekends. That was when the show was fun to watch. This mess they have on now only solidifies why I don’t watch. The fakery and the phoniness is unreal….like most of their bodies and faces.
Angela was the only good thing about this episode.

Angela is definitely carrying this season on her back.I love me some Porsha The Bod,y but that comment about Charles was not a good look.
