Judge rules in favor of Porsha Williams, ending the long-standing divorce battle with Simon Guobadia.

Porsha Williams‘ divorce saga appears to be over finally. This week, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star appeared for a hearing in Fulton County, GA, against her ex-husband, Simon Guobadia. According to reports, the hearing did not go well for Simon. He is already reeling from his recent release from ICE custody.

According to US Weekly, the hearing took place on Wednesday, June 11th, with Porsha and Simon appearing via video. The couple had a year-long dispute regarding the prenup they agreed to before their marriage. The Judge ruled in favor of Porsha, and the prenup will be enforced.

Guobadia opposed the request to enforce the agreement. He claimed Williams made misrepresentations during the negotiations.

“[Williams] failed to disclose that she would return to her employment on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a cast member,” the docs read. “Instead of disclosing this material fact, the Wife made it very clear to [Guobadia] (and the public) that she was leaving the television show and not returning. [Guobadia] relied on the representations — or misrepresentations — [Williams] made to him during their engagement, the negotiation phase, and at the time that the parties signed the Prenuptial Agreement.”

And according to The Breakfast Club, Simon will have to pay Porsha $40,000 a month per the terms of the prenup. Porsha will also get the home, and she will have until 2027 to refinance the Sandy Springs, Georgia, residence. Simon purchased the house before they got married in 2023.
