“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” is back. Bambi and Lil Scrappy move forward in their new relationships. However, Scrappy’s baby momma Shakira struggles to accept his new girlfriend, leading to a blowup Scrappy didn’t see coming. Here are the highlights of Episode 1.
Everyone is worried about Karlie Redd.
The season premiere begins with certain cast members giving life updates. Renni Lucci confirms she is still with Zacc despite them having a messy breakup on Instagram Live. It was rumored that Renni cheated on Zacc with another rapper (Kevin Gates), and Zacc wasn’t the father of their child. As a result, Zacc kicked Renni out. Zacc and Renny are now back together.
Jessica White asks Renni if the child is Zacc’s biological child, and this annoys Renni. Regardless, Jessica is planning a wellness retreat for all of the ladies and hopes it will repair some friendships.
Ashley and Lil Zane are still together despite their previous issues. Zane think he deserves credit for not having a baby on Ashley like Kirk did to Rasheeda.
Karlie is brought up. She’s headed for divorce, and no one can get in touch with her as of late.

Bambi and Scrappy have moved on.
Scrappy spends time with Britney, his new girlfriend. During a green screen interview, Scrappy says he has been getting to know Britney. They connected because they were going through the divorce process at the same time. He told her about recently having a child with Shakira. Britney recommended they take things slow. However, they are now “locked in.”

Jessica meets Bambi at a wedding dress shop. She and Ray are planning to make it official soon. Bambi is excited because she’s never been with a man like Ray before. She appreciates the way he handles business and means what he says.
They talk about the diss track Bambi made recently. She felt like she needed to respond to Spice. Bambi doesn’t understand why Spice invited her to be on her album if she doesn’t respect Bambi’s music career.

Shakira is struggling to accept Scrappy’s new romance.
Renni and Saucy Santana check up on Karlie. She becomes emotional as she confirms the end of her marriage. Karlie claims she covered up a lot of things, like TLo’s alleged cheating. She felt like she had to walk on eggshells all the time. It was rough.

Scrappy visits his baby momma Shakira. She goes off on him about his new girlfriend, Britney. Shakira claims Scrappy comes over to sleep with her after being with Britney. And he’s not a good dad.
Scrappy is taken aback by Shakira’s actions and decides it is time for him to go. This only riles up Shakira further. She does her best Evelyn Lozada impersonation (slaps her v*gina with her repeatedly while bragging about her sexual prowess) as he makes his exit.

What are your thoughts on the season premiere?
Scrappy still acting like a little boy running back and forth sending mixed signals and wondering why what happened happened. Come on now STOP because you have a child together stop leading people on and leave them alone. Karlie I really don’t feel bad for you. Look at how you move to make men react the way they do.
