Ming Lee apologizes; Chantel Christie stands by her actions.
“Basketball Wives” fans are still talking about the latest episode. The physical altercation that took place between Jackie Christie and Chantel Christie was certainly the highlight. The group was in Hawaii. Ty Young convinced Jackie to try once more to have a private conversation with her daughter. Chantel was hostile. In response, Jackie asked Chantel to leave her room. She refused and proceeded to push Jackie instead of leaving. Jackie promptly punched Chantel in her face, a consequence many fans of the show felt like Chantel had coming. Interestingly enough, Chantel did not tell the group that she pushed Jackie first, so they were very critical of Jackie when they learned about the altercation. Ming Lee even called Jackie a monster.
Well, Ming took to Instagram Story hours ago to publicly apologize to Jackie. She wrote, “Jackie, I’ma keep it real, after watching last night’s episode and thinking back to how everything played out in real time, I owe you an apology. If anything I said or did came off offensive, that was never my intention, and I’m truly sorry. I was under the impression you swung first, and that shaped how I saw it. But watching it back, whew… it hit different.”
She continued, “I don’t condone violence at all, and it was hard to watch. As a mom, I understand where your emotions were coming from anybody in your shoes would’ve felt the same. This whole situation reminded me to stay out of family business and focus on my own **** business. I really do hope y’all can heal from this, because that was tough to witness.”
As far as Chantel, she is standing ten toes down on her behavior. She claimed Jackie “touched” her arm first. Check out the screenshots below.

She doesn’t even know what rhetorical means and she’s like 34 years old. Everything about her is embarrassing.
This is why Chantel and Brittany are fake friends. They are both airheads and awful daughters.
Chantal why did you even bother to come on this platform and I hope it was WORTH it because production PLEASE bring back Royce Reed. I want her back because it’s a more realistic feel of this shows humbleness.

When I first heard Chantel was coming on as a main cast, I was excited. I thought it would be Jackie and Chantel against the other women. Instead we got UNHINGED DAUGHTER FROM HELL!!!! What a DISAPPOINTMENT.
Chantel is out of control. Jackie tried multiple times to de-escalate the situation with her daughter by removing herself from events. For days, her daughter wouldn’t let go and continued to degrade her mother to others. Who does that? If she hates her mother that badly then why put yourself in her space? I’m old-schooled and I don’t tolerate disrespect from my children either. Chantel has children and one day they will see how she degraded her mother. Chantel needs Jesus and counseling.
Ming is a real one. Chantel can go to h-ll.

Big Thumbs up to Ming Lee, it was very honorable of her to publicly apologize to Jackie after SEEING what the rest of us saw (which was Chantel starting the fight btwn her & Jackie as well as Jackie getting ganged up on all season long) and it’d be nice if the rest of the ladies (including Jennifer and Brandi) could apologize to Jackie now that they too have seen that Chantel LIED to them but we know that’s not gonna happen….
Chantel acts like she’s slow and she expects us to be slow with her. She was wrong period and she had no business going to her mother’s job to attack her all season. I can’t stand Chantel and anyone like her. There is never a valid reason to disrespect and assault your parents. Don’t like your mom? Cool. Stay away from her and leave her alone then dummy. Leave her show since you hate her so much.
If FU(K Around and Find Out was a person it would be Chantal and her new hairdo after Jackie rearranged it with that right hook….lol
Chantel has been a liar and spoiled brat on this platform from the start. She has probably never had to work a job in her entire life, so her disrespecting the parents that made that possible is why I will never buy into the bullsh-t she spews. She is dangerous and will lie on anyone to keep her delusions afloat. I don’t want to ever see or hear from her again. She is awful. A horrible daughter, sister, and person. The audacity of her using Takari’s story for a storyline and Jackie takedown plan. Terrible person. I’m glad she’s a meme now. She deserves it.
