Brittany Renner is requesting $35,000 a month in child support from PJ Washington.
“Basketball Wives” star Brittany Renner has been in the headlines plenty as of late due to her messy co-parenting situation with PJ Washington. A video of them clashing while PJ and his wife were picking up their son went viral on social media weeks ago. To make matters worse, Brittany’s mother was also there and argued with the NBA player and his wife on her daughter’s behalf.
Brittany and her mother accused PJ of not spending enough time with his son. They complained about the amount of money in the child’s savings account. They said $11,000 was not enough. And they called out PJ for spending more money on his spouse.
Well, Brittany is not giving up her fight with PJ just yet, especially now that he secured a four-year contract extension with the Dallas Mavericks for $90 million. Recently, she headed to court to request more money a month for child support. Currently, PJ pays $5500 a month. According to Brittany, that is not enough now that she is living in California. She is now requesting to be paid $35,000 a month.
US Weekly is reporting that Brittany is claiming she is broke and no longer has a “Basketball Wives” check to count on, so child support is her only income. She also said that she is unable to provide the same lifestyle PJ provides for their son, so he should pay more so she can do so.
Another interesting tidbit is that Brittany pointed out that she should receive more in child support because PJ and his wife constantly post photos to social media showing off their “luxurious vacations” and lifestyle, as well as their children wearing designer clothes while she shops for their son’s clothes at Target.
“[Washington’s] wife constantly posts about her designer clothing and designer handbag collection. She has at least ten Birkin bags,” Brittany told the court.
She wants to live in a home similar to the one PJ, his wife, and other children occupy.
“Given [Washington’s] financial situation, I believe Paul III deserves to share in his father’s station in life. Currently, our home in West Hills is fine for me; however, I do not believe it is good enough for [our son]. I wish for Paul III to live in a home similar to that of his father and his half-siblings.”
Then I guess she need to get and keep a job to afford extra things. He is not responsible for her lifestyle, only participating in his 50% share of the child’s care. What a jealous dumb witch.
This woman is insufferable. I guess she fake quit BBW to get more of his money because she’s jealous he married someone else. I knew her and her mother were up to something and plotting and scheming in that video of them arguing with the wife and PJ. This is why black men need to be more selective about who they sleep with. You run from women like Brittany. Always!
Get a real job Brittany where you can take care of you and your son! Stop playing the pity card and put your degree to work. Not sure why you had a baby with this young man who was much younger than you, but that was your choice! You was old enough to wait until he put a wedding ring on your finger. By the way, move to a location that you can afford like Florida where the cost of living is cheaper.
She is trying to get money to support her and her mom. A child’s lifestyle should not be $35,000 a month. I hope the courts tells her to get a job. You don’t quit a job if you are broke and if she was terminated off that crap of a show, perhaps she should not have been acting like a total idiot.
