Tamar Braxton sent a warning to Towanda Braxton on X.
Tamar Braxton has been clashing with her sisters in the latest season of “The Braxtons.” During the recent episode, Tamar confirmed she received a cease and desist letter for inviting their niece, Ashlee Braxton, to speak on her podcast. Ashlee garnered social media attention after she alleged that one of her aunts stopped speaking to her after their husband sent an inappropriate text message to her while she was 16.
Trina Braxton revealed she received backlash from people on social media after Ashlee’s story went viral. She and Towanda Braxton said nothing positive would come from Tamar inviting Ashlee to her podcast. When the sisters got together after the podcast taping, Tamar called them out about the cease and desist. She went on to reveal that the family attorney sent the legal document in response to Ashlee’s appearance on the podcast. Towanda said she hadn’t been represented by the family attorney in years and knew nothing about it. Trina also denied knowing anything about the cease and desist.
Towanda and Tamar have also been having tension over Towanda’s wedding. Since Towanda planned the big day near Tamar’s birthday, Tamar concluded that Towanda was trying to make her look bad since she wouldn’t be attending.
Now, Tamar takes issue with a recent interview Towanda did. Towanda appeared on “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.”
When Towanda was asked if Tamar attended her wedding, Towanda said:
“In spirit.”
Da Brat expressed that she didn’t like seeing Tamar get into it with Toni Braxton.
Towanda said, “Yeah, it’s a lot. But we had to grow up. We all have to grow up in some way, and we all have to create our own boundaries. And I choose peace and joy over anything else in my life.”
She was also asked where everyone stands currently, and Towanda said they are maturing.
“We’re maturing. We’ve matured, we emerged. Then there are certain things we just don’t tolerate no more in our lives. And I think that all the viewers who have been following us since 2011 had to grow up too, so they understand life and love and family.”
Tamar took to X to issue a warning to Towanda.
She wrote, “Heard an interview and I’ve been trying to keep it cute…BUT…IF you say ONE MORE LIE TOLIAR…I’ma empty out my clip. 🚮 ”

Tamar is insufferable. Her stans keep saying she isn’t the problem and Towanda is the problem. But it’s Tamar who can’t get along with anyone. She fights with her coworkers, employers/networks, family members, fans and strangers too (K Michelle). She will crash out for a sliver of attention. A true nut case I’d never want to be related to. Either way, Towanda and Trina are getting their karma for how they treated Traci’s husband. So I don’t feel bad about the backlash they are getting. This family isn’t likable.

Nothing Towanda said warranted this response. Tamar constantly violates her sisters and plays victim when they cut her off. Traci was right when she told Tamar she is hard to love. I couldn’t be around her.
I wouldn’t have a relationship with Tamar at all. She’s not a good person to anyone.
Towanda is a bad person from what I see. I’m no Tamar fan but Towanda let her sister fund her life and then treats her poorly. You steam from me and to deflect you accuse me of sleeping with my sister’s man? Who does that. Even if it was true you see she didn’t deny it
Tamar is right. Towanda has been a wreck since her and Andre were on that relationship show. Smh she was miserable and taking it out on Tamar her punching bag smh. She purposely planned her wedding etc the same time of Tamar birthday. Everybody knows how Tamar is when it comes to her birthday. Towards trifling. Team Tamar all day.
Tamar is literally the only sister who has gotten into it with everyone. She treated Traci the worst too. No Towanda is not the problem. Tamar can’t get along with anyone. Can’t even keep friendships either. When Traci was alive Tamar and her supporters said Traci was the issue. Now they moved to Towanda. Losers. Tamar ain’t comfortable in this world if she doesn’t have a sister to make a punching bag out of. I can’t stand Tamar.
That show is ruining them more.
This show will NEVER be the same now with Tracy gone. I don’t know why they still want to continue with it. It just doesn’t make any sense. No good storyline before Tracy passed so they should have remained out of the spotlight.
