Former “The Real Housewives of Potomac” star Mia Thornton was arrested at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Thursday on a larceny charge, according to FOX 5 Atlanta. She was taken into custody on November 19th while traveling and booked into the Fulton County Jail.
Her arrest occurred weeks after the management company at her former Atlanta rental filed an eviction notice in September.
The Larceny charge stems from accusations of stealing $11,000 in furniture from an apartment unit during move-out.
Mia was arrested at the airport on a larceny warrant issued in Atlanta. She was accused of taking more than $11,000 worth of furniture from the furnished rental she previously occupied.
Court records obtained by Urban Belle show that an eviction notice was filed on September 11, 2025, by Encore Management. The filing states that rent for September, totaling 5,100 dollars, had not been paid.
Additional charges listed include a 510-dollar late fee, a 200-dollar eviction filing fee, and a 25-dollar demand notice fee. Monthly rent for the unit was listed at 6,085 dollars.
According to the management company, Mia moved out of the condo on October 28. The larceny accusation involves furniture that the property manager reported missing after she vacated the unit. She’s accused of taking out the furniture during the move-out overnight without issuing a notice to the management company.
As of now, according to Fulton Jail Records, Mia hasn’t been released, and bond information is not available.
I am NOT surprised!
Mia had a lot to say about Karen and Wendy. Interesting.
