Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are done.
After 11 years of marriage, Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are officially separating. In a statement shared with People Magazine, Kandi said, “After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve decided to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.”
Kandi also thanked supporters for their compassion and asked for privacy, grace, and understanding as the family adjusts to this major change. She emphasized that her priority is protecting her peace and focusing on her children as she begins the next chapter.
Kandi, 49, and Todd, 52, first met while filming “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in 2011, when Todd was working behind the scenes. They got engaged in January 2013 and married in April 2014.
The two share son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 5. Kandi is the mother of Riley, 23, while Todd has a daughter, Kaela, 29, from a previous relationship.
Their marriage also extended into several business ventures. Together, they opened a soul food restaurant chain, Old Lady Gang, launched additional projects, and starred in a Bravo series centered on OLG with their family.
Their split marks a significant shift for the longtime couple, whose relationship played out both on-screen and in their business partnerships.

Todd never really had a chance with Kandi’s mean,jealous ,no man having self mother..Move on Todd and get away from Kandi with her momma controlled self..You deserve better and you deserve happiness and peace…..
Oh wow, this is sad but expected. Kandi never checked her Disgusting arse mo
but she was ready to jump on Todd’s Mother for taking up for him. Todd put up
with a lot of CHIT being married to Kandi and Joyless. First thingee the Food
businesses they had/have Todd was suppose to be running them but all her
family members were working there. Oh now lil Todd is no Saint bec staying at
the strip club until 4:00/5:00AM your chit would be outside. Todd also blew my
coils straight when he said on Live that Kandi had TOO MANY WAP MILES ON
HER. (Men n women) Kandi didn’t really like it, she played it off.
Kandi was getting her hair n makeup done and I’ve never been a Kandi fan but
I felt a little ashamed for her but that’s how THEY (lil TODD) get down in the
Industry. Few folks are as honest as Kandi is about her sex life, she doesn’t
drink, smoke or drug. I’m going to give her a pass because for all the thingees
we heard she’s done, we don’t know what was done to her. Please know they
didn’t get a pass, but they did get what they wanted but it cost them something.
It’s no different than some men making their wives sleep with their boss in order
to get a raise. Kandi just allowed her family to talk to Todd any type of way, it was
very reckless to see. We heard about Todd loves being in those Strip Clubs all night
Long. Kandi doesn’t want Todd to work independently of her but when he work with
her he doesn’t get any credit for it. Control much
