In the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Miami,” Shay goes off on her blind date and frustrates Sandra. Here are the highlights for “On The Outs.”

Walik can’t get through to Shay.

Shay meets with Walik, the man her mother, Sandra, recently set her up on a blind date with. She hasn’t seen him since the blowup that took place when Larissa and Joy crashed her event. In a confessional, Shay says she feels guilty about snapping at Walik. He was trying to calm her down during the chaos.

She apologizes to Walik. She understands she was wrong to snap at him, but she was upset about Sandra being dragged into the messiness.

Walik thinks Shay still needs to take accountability for how she responded to Joy and Larissa that day. Since he served time in prison, he needs Shay to understand that he can’t be in heated situations. He’s worked too hard to evolve as a person and conquer his anger. Walik refuses to go back to prison.

Shay accuses Walik of being a ***** and sanctimonious when he has a record. She never wants to see him again.

Michael visits his side chick Nadia and her baby. In a confessional, the comedian says he’s not sure the baby is his child. So he went behind her back and set up a DNA test to be done in her home.

Nadia thinks this is disrespectful but is confident the results will show that Michael is the father.

Chuck cheats on Miami Tip.

Miami Tip is emotional. Her son is going back to school, and she recently learned that her boyfriend, Chuck, is cheating on her. She overheard Chuck telling another woman he was just with Tip so he could be on TV. And the more scenes she gets, the more for him.

Her son encourages her to do what is best for her. He will continue to have her back.

Sandra has some words for Shay.

Shay meets Sandra at the track for a workout, but Sandra isn’t in the mood. Walik’s aunt recently told Sandra about his blowup with Shay. Sandra feels bamboozled by her daughter. Shay told her she was ready for a good man, but deep down inside, a knucklehead is what she wants.

The DNA test results are in.

Michael and Rada read the DNA results together. Rada becomes angry when it is confirmed that Michael is the father of Nadia’s son. She wanted him to no longer have anything to do with Nadia.

While Michael understands Rada is hurt, he wants her to understand that he will have to be in the child’s life. Rada goes off at the thought of her son meeting his sibling.

Tip breaks up with Chuck when he comes over to pick up the video he needed her to edit. She tells him she overheard the conversation he was having with the other woman. She’s hurt and can’t believe he used her.

Joy and Larissa host a joint event to launch their beauty companies. Bobby shows up and decides to hash things out with Hawt Topic. He’s tired of the bad blood between them. Bobby apologizes for disinviting her from his event in support of Amara. He admits he didn’t give her a chance to tell her side.

She accepts the apology, and they hug it out.

Joy and Chyng Diamond clash.

Chyng Diamond shows up to the event. When she tries to speak to Bobby, Trina, Joy, and Hawt Topic, Joy doesn’t speak. Bobby tells Chyng they are Zoey’s friends. She may no longer be in Miami, but they don’t like how Chyng did her. Joy says Chyng was disrespectful and even put down Zoey’s music. She didn’t think this was cool.

Chyng says she didn’t like it when Zoey called her ex a jailbird. That was offensive because she has family in prison.

When Hawt Topic tries to speak, Zoey shuts her down by saying she has no relevance since she’s not a music artist. She also has some back-and-forth with Joy before being escorted out of the event.

What are your thoughts on the episode?

  1. The only issue that caught my attention was Shay and her mom. It hurts my heart ❤️ to see them like that. Shay at the way you’re going if you want to have something worth having you’re going to have to tone it down. Everything is not a WAR!
