In the latest episode of “Married to Medicine,” Contessa thinks the group could be in need of a girls’ trip as the women continue to clash. Here are the highlights for “Boots on the Ground.”
There is tension in the group.
Mimi, Heavenly, Quad, and Angel hang out. Angel isn’t feeling Toya at the moment. When Angel introduced a man she is dating, Toya put Angel on blast about recently asking her to be hooked up with one of Eugene’s friends.
Mimi thinks Toya was trying to sabotage Angel’s love life. Meanwhile, Toya tells Simone, Contessa, and Brandi about what she said in front of Angel’s date. Toya says she did this because she was going to hook Angel up with her “family.” So she was offended to see Angel come with a date.
Brandi, Contessa, and Simone think Toya was out of line. Regardless, Contessa suspects a girls’ trip is needed to get the group back in a good place.
Quad is still seething about Simone looking into who owns her Rolls-Royce. Heavenly thinks Simone does these things because she’s unhappy in her home life.

Brandi and Mimi clash at Heavenly’s launch of her political campaign for State Representative. Mimi kicks things off after she warns Brandi not to align herself with Toya. Brandi doesn’t appreciate Mimi trying to advise her on anything. So they get into it.

Mimi and Toya continue to have tension.
The tension carries over to Angel’s event. Heavenly avoids Toya with her focus on her political campaign. Her campaign manager, Quad, thinks this is a good idea.
Toya confronts Mimi about her warning to Brandi. She thinks Mimi is the one people need to be careful with. In a confessional, Mimi says Toya has shown she will put other people down to lift herself up. And she has done this with Eugene.

Contessa tells the ladies they should go on a trip to repair their relationships. Angel questions what kind of friend Toya is. Producers flash back to Angel being offended when Toya asked her date if she was good in bed.
Toya is annoyed by Angel’s question. Angel wants to discuss their issue another time.

Quad goes off.
It gets really tense when Quad confronts Simone for looking up her VIN and who owns her Rolls-Royce. In a green screen interview, Simone says Quad shouldn’t have gotten worked up. She should be confident if she owns her car.
Quad tells Simone she lives well. Simone then accuses Quad of having a lot of debt.
Toya asks Simone why she told Heavenly she looked up Quad’s VIN. Simone thinks it was messy for Heavenly to tell Quad what she said. But she won’t be telling her anything else.

Simone clashes with Heavenly and Angel.
The women get together to take photos before they leave Angel’s event. Simone snaps when Heavenly tries to put her arm around her while they are taking pictures.
Heavenly retaliates by taking shots at Cecil. She accuses Simone of being bitter about who she married. Simone accuses Heavenly of being fake on camera.
Angel goes to Simone to tell her she needs to conduct herself better at events. Simone questions if Angel had this to say to Heavenly and Quad as well, since they started with her, frustrating Angel.
The tension in the group worsens.
