On the latest episode of “Belle Collective,” Glen pressures Lateshia to publicly affirm her love for him while Shante’s confrontation with Latrice creates new tension within the group. Later, accusations about Lateshia reaching out to Latrice’s former employee comes up at Selena’s 50th birthday party, leading to a heated argument between the women.

Glen pressures Lateshia to publicly say she loves him.
Glen repeatedly tells Lateshia to “say” that she still loves him, urging her several times in front of others until she responds, “I love you.” The moment happens publicly, drawing attention from those around them.
Afterward, Lateshia says it is not fair for Glen to put her on the spot about her feelings in a room full of people. She explains that she is still battling internal issues about where their marriage stands and does not want to be pressured into expressing affection in front of others.

When Lateshia invites the women to her annual Friendsgiving brunch, she makes it clear that everyone is welcome, including Latrice. During the gathering, Shante questions Latrice about whether she feels remorse regarding her past issues with Lateshia.
Latrice immediately shuts the conversation down, telling Shante she does not know her and has no business confronting her. She says Shante needs permission to speak to her and makes it clear she does not receive the questioning.

After the exchange, Lateshia pulls Shante aside to address what happened. She tells her she appreciates the support but did not ask her to confront Latrice.
Lateshia also says she does not want anyone thinking she sent Shante to ambush Latrice or that she cannot speak for herself. She makes it clear she does not want to be associated with unnecessary drama.

Latrice accuses Lateshia of contacting her former employees.
While speaking with Selena and Amanda, Latrice says Cliff is in Colombia, leading to a discussion about men traveling there alone. The conversation then shifts when Latrice claims Lateshia has contacted her former employees behind her back.
She specifically names Josh and says she knows “for a fact” that Lateshia reached out. Latrice says her reputation is important to her and decides to skip the Friendsgiving brunch because of the situation.

Shante later apologizes for how she handled the earlier confrontation. During an open discussion about friendship, Lateshia admits she misses the friendship she once had with Latrice before things went left.

Matt and Glen have a heart-to-heart about marriage.
Matt and Glen meet up to play basketball and joke before shifting into a serious conversation. Glen admits he feels a lack of intimacy in his marriage and says he believes Lateshia has been burying herself in work.
He tells Matt he is “really fighting” for his marriage and wants peace. The two also discuss Glen’s strained relationship with Cliff, and Glen says any conversation between them would need to be one-on-one.

Selena celebrates her birthday and announces her wedding date.
At Selena’s birthday party, Latrice arrives, saying she plans to “pay dust” to Lateshia and Shante. She again references her belief that Lateshia may have had a hand in Shante confronting her, but does not raise the employee accusation at the start of the celebration. When Lateshia arrives late from work, Glen leans in to kiss her, but she pulls back and later explains they are not in a “kissing space” at home.
During the party, Lateshia thanks Latrice for the flowers she sent to the Friendsgiving brunch. Mike then surprises Selena with a gift and speaks about their relationship before Selena announces that she and Mike will be getting married on April 4, 2026. Selena also reveals that Tambra, Latrice, and Lateshia are part of her bridal party, and Lateshia notes she was not expecting a box from Selena.

As Selena’s birthday celebration continues, she gathers the women together and asks them to clear the air so everyone can move forward. The group forms a circle, and Lateshia takes the opportunity to address the earlier confrontation involving Shante. She apologizes for Shante speaking out of turn and states directly that she did not send her to confront Latrice.
Latrice responds by saying she does not believe Lateshia and accuses her of contacting her former employees behind her back. She specifically names Josh and says she knows “for a fact” that Lateshia reached out. Lateshia immediately denies ever calling or contacting any of Latrice’s employees, saying she does not know them and has never spoken to Josh.

The women step in as the confrontation grows louder, and Latrice and Lateshia are physically separated to prevent the situation from going any further.
What are your thoughts about the episode?
I am truly over ALL the Real Housewives shows. They are all stale, predictable, and excessive. Andy, go back to each table, flip them all over, and kindly exit to the left.
Well, I was hoping that we could experience a show with less women conflict and more of women supporting each other through marriage and business.
Both Lateshia and Latrice have severe insecurities that are easily recognizable. However, you are great minded businesswomen. Tamra, The New Bell, Kerri and Selena (I’m praying that your hood fiancée is ready for marriage. You appear to have a beautiful heart that has been broken many times). These ladies are voice of reason and they always bring classy. Marie needs you all support right now and that should be a priority.
Latrice and Latesha leave your other friends out of the equation with each other. You can tell that Latesha is still working on trusting her husband. Don’t pour salt on the wound. Also, remember that your husband is a piece of work too. The difference I believe is he’s a smart businessman and because of that he’s going to stick around but his controlling behavior is too loud.
None of you guys’ friends should be confronting your conflicts. Whoever wrote this into the reality needs to re-write it. You have a perfect Cast. We need to see more into Tamra’s life. I see her on ID TV. So, she is more than a radio personality. Where’s her family? It looks like we’re going to see more into Kerri’s life and that is good. There are many other stories that can be told this season.
Stop the Conflict with each other. You need each other and we women on the outside looking in needs to see resolution amongst women.
