During the final part of the “Real Housewives of Potomac” reunion, Karen takes the stage and addresses her issues with Wendy. Here are the highlights for Reunion Part 3.
Stacey denies repeating Monique’s comments back to Chris Samuels.
The final part of the reunion picks up with the continuation of Monique exposing Stacey. She plays audio of someone saying that Stacey told Chris that Monique was filming with her children.
Andy asks Stacey if it’s true, and Stacey says she did not.
Stacey goes on to say that she wouldn’t try to cause harm to Monique and her family, seeing as she has also gone through the divorce process and knows what it feels like.
Andy asks Wendy what she is thinking about all of this as he is watching her body language. Wendy says she is noticing that the “tides are turning” for Stacey, and people in the group aren’t sure she’s trustworthy.
Angel apologizes for the disastrous trip to Colorado.
The Colorado trip is up next for discussion. Gizelle has no regrets about her attempt at taking over Angel’s trip. She feels like Angel should have done more to check on them since she was the host, and they had no working water in the cabin she picked out for them.
Angel apologizes for how things turned out, but empathizes that she didn’t feel she deserved to be constantly dragged for it.
Karen takes the stage for her segment.
She begins by asking Stacey if she’s still lying because she heard she’s been lying about the Chris Samuels of it all.
Andy asks Karen about her sobriety journey. He points out that Karen didn’t want to refer to herself as an alcoholic when they spoke. She says she thinks it was more telling and empowering that she said she is on a lifelong journey of sobriety.
When it comes to critics who feel Karen shouldn’t have received a standing ovation at BravoCon, Karen says everyone has the right to their opinions, but she has the right to thrive.
Monique becomes emotional as she says she is so proud of Karen for doing the work needed.
Karen confirms that Ashley’s story about her getting drunk regularly at a particular bar is true, and Andy points out that Wendy said the same thing, and Karen said she was lying.
Karen goes on to say that she still doesn’t think anyone has been talking to Wendy.
Wendy and Karen address their tension.
They move on to discuss Karen’s infamous thank-you video. Andy questions why Wendy was left out. Karen felt betrayed by Wendy when she believed it when Stacey said Karen had been dissing Wendy behind her back. Wendy says Karen betrayed her first. During an unaired conversation, Karen told Wendy she had been there for her, even when her mom was being called a witch.
Wendy believes Karen used the word witch to make it sting a bit. Karen thinks it’s “disgusting” that Wendy would think this.
She goes on to say she loves Wendy’s mother, and she enjoyed it when Wendy’s mother told her to “shut the **** up.” Gizelle steps in to let Karen know she is going too far.
Andy realizes Wendy and Karen’s issues won’t be solved at the reunion, so it’s time to move on.
Karen thinks Wendy is talking too much about her case.
Andy asks Wendy about the home invasion that she is now being accused of faking to commit insurance fraud. After he asks Karen what she thinks, Karen says Wendy is talking too much, and she wouldn’t have answered anything she’s been asked at the reunion thus far.
“I’m begging you to stop talking. I do not want you to go to jail,” says Karen.
Karen says investigators will pay close attention to everything Wendy says and does on the show. So she needs to stop talking.
Wendy says she receives Karen’s advice, but her lawyers have already walked her through what is safe for her to say, and she’s only repeating what is public record.
Andy expresses concern.
Wendy becomes emotional after Andy says she has been a great housewife, and he is concerned for her. She thanks him for his support.
As they close out the season, Andy asks all the ladies what the biggest lesson they learned is. Angel says she has learned that just because a person is zen doesn’t mean they shouldn’t speak up for themselves.
Tia says she has learned the importance of being more mindful of the damage her words can cause.
Keiarna says the group has some sort of sisterhood, and Ashley agrees. She wants to start leaning more into her “sisterly side.”
Gizelle says the show and group have changed a lot in ten years, and she sometimes doesn’t want to embrace these changes. But she will work on that.
Stacey wants to stay exactly who she is, but be more direct because it can cut down misunderstandings.
Wendy appreciates the kindness the women have shown her as she is going through her legal woes. Monique has really been there for her and even suggested the kids play together to take her mind off things.
