The divorce between “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker is now official. A Fulton County Superior Court judge signed the Final Judgment and Decree of Divorce on March 24, 2026. This legally ends the couple’s marriage after more than eleven years together.

In court documents obtained by Urban Belle, the full terms of their custody arrangement, asset division, and financial agreements are outlined. Here are the highlights from the settlement.

Kandi and Todd will share equal custody of their two children.

The Permanent Parenting Plan grants both parties joint physical and legal custody of their children, Ace Tucker, born in 2016, and Blaze Tucker, born in 2019. Each parent will have the children for 182.5 days per year. Parenting time is split equally between the two households. As a result, the finalized arrangement puts an end to the “Custody Clash” we previously reported on.

As we “previously reported, Kandi alleged she had been covering the children’s day-to-day expenses herself. She also alleged that Todd had not been consistently involved in hands-on parenting. Additionally, she cited a Christmas holiday dispute. In this dispute, she says Todd attempted to block the children’s planned trip to New York despite receiving advance notice and her having already paid for travel.

The plan also assigns specific decision-making authority to each parent. Kandi holds final say over non-emergency healthcare and education for both children, while Todd holds final say over extracurricular activities. However, all major decisions outside of those categories require mutual agreement between the two parties.

A right of first refusal is also written into the plan. If either parent is unavailable for 24 or more consecutive hours, the other parent must be given the option to care for the children before a third party steps in.

Neither Kandi nor Todd will pay child support or alimony.

The Child Support Worksheet lists a monthly gross income of $22,083.33 for both Kandi and Todd. The worksheet calculates a basic child support obligation of $4,736 per month. However, equal parenting time results in a parenting time adjustment that brings the final obligation to $0 from either party.

A Child Support Addendum confirms additional financial responsibilities. Kandi is required to maintain health, dental, and vision insurance for both children. Uninsured medical expenses are to be split equally. If the children are enrolled in private school, Kandi is responsible for the full cost of tuition and fees. Meanwhile, school supplies, uniforms, and extracurricular costs are divided equally.

Neither party will pay alimony. The Final Settlement Agreement includes a mutual waiver of spousal support. Additionally, each party is responsible for their own medical insurance coverage going forward.

The couple’s vehicles and shared assets are divided under the settlement.

The Final Settlement Agreement outlines the division of vehicles between the two parties. Kandi receives a 2022 Bentley SUV, a Cadillac Escalade, a Ford F-250, a Porsche Cayenne SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro. Todd receives a 2020 Mercedes G-Wagon, a 2020 Porsche 911, a 2023 Range Rover, a 1973 Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit Van.

The couple’s food truck is to be sold, with proceeds split equally between them. The Atlanta Hawks season tickets are addressed separately — Kandi holds the contract, and Todd is entitled to purchase half of the available games for the 2025-2026 season. Meanwhile, he pursues his own contract with the team. The couple’s American Express points are also to be divided equally.

The settlement also includes an equalization payment. Kandi owes Todd a net payment of $426,388.77 — $250,000 due upon execution of the agreement and the remaining $176,388.77 due within 90 days.

A media clause requires both parents to consent before the children can be filmed or recorded.

The Permanent Parenting Plan includes a media clause prohibiting either parent from filming, recording, or authorizing the children’s appearance in any media without the other parent’s written consent. Any earnings the children receive from media appearances are to be placed in a custodial account, a 529 plan, or a trust established in their names.

The plan also requires all household staff and anyone who regularly interacts with the children to sign non-disclosure agreements. Kandi will retain physical possession of both children’s passports under the terms of the agreement.
