Dr. Eugene Harris clashed with Steve Sanders when the husbands took the stage at the “Married to Medicine” reunion.
As we previously reported, “Married to Medicine” husbands clashed at this season’s reunion. In particular, Steve Sanders and Curtis Berry had a bone to pick with Dr. Eugene Harris. Steve and Eugene had words over the Med Gala tickets. As for Curtis, he is upset about the comments Toya made when she was recently on “Watch What Happens Live.”
Toya Bush-Harris told Andy Cohen that Curtis had been handsy with her and Dr. Heavenly Kimes. Producers then showed a flashback scene of Curtis pulling Toya into his lap and taking a photo with his hand around Heavenly’s waist.
In a preview of Part 2 of the reunion, Eugene and Steve continue to clash.
Eugene answers a question about his heated exchange with Toya at their pool party.
He says, “I’d think you’d be lying in your relationship if you’ve been together for a long period of time, you didn’t have a moment where you said at least something you didn’t mean. We just happened to be on TV with a bunch of people at our house at that moment. There also was a couple of people who might not have been invited had this not been an all-cast event.”
Steve interjects, “Sounds like a narrative spin to me.”
Eugene responds, “You didn’t have to comment, Steve.”
Steve says, “I do have to comment because the blame was placed on Mimi, but now you’re having a married moment.”
Eugene says Toya called out multiple people.
“It wasn’t just Mimi. She called out a bunch of people.”
Steve asks, “Where’s the apology?”
Eugene answers, “There is no apology because I saw Mimi’s face, look, it had a lot of judgment in it. I saw Heavenly’s face had a lot of judgment in it.”
Steve says, “I see you. I see what you do. I see who you are. And I’m going to hold you accountable to the person that you are. You’re Eugene Bush.”
Cecil tells Steve he went too far, and Eugene says Steve has been rude to him all day.
“You’ve been rude all day, Steve.”
He continues, “Steve, I’ve been on this stage for 12 years. You just got here. You just got here. Your energy is off this year. You’re one of the new people who are here, and I’m just putting that out there.”
Eugene adds, “But the guys have never been this rude to each other.”
Curtis interjects, “Where did it start? It started in your house. No matter if he’s here two years, 12 years, or 20 years, there’s a respect that goes…”
Eugene says, “Curtis, we understand you don’t like my…you have an issue with my wife. I get it, and I understand why you have an issue.”
Curtis says, “No, I’ve got an issue with the truth.”
Eugene stands firm, “Me, too, and you haven’t been completely truthful today, either.”
