On the latest episode of “Love and Marriage: Huntsville,” Tisha and Nell meet to address their issues and attempt to move forward. Meanwhile, Marsau questions Chris about his revoked license, which leads to a tense exchange. Maurice later confronts Marsau over delays on the Jordan Lane project, and the conversation quickly escalates.

Here are the highlights for “Revoked and Provoked.”

LaTisha and Nell sit down to address their fallout and find common ground.

LaTisha meets with Nell after noticing she became emotional at the recent party. She explains her concern, saying, “At the party…you were very emotional…so I was like, I need to see how she’s really feeling.” Nell admits, “It’s been a lot,” before acknowledging she questioned LaTisha’s sincerity but later changed her mind, adding, “I felt your genuineness…Then I took it back… we’re gonna be honest.”

As the conversation continues, Nell explains that their issues didn’t reflect the relationship she once knew. She says, “That ain’t the person I know…that ain’t the person I met,” while admitting she didn’t want to walk away. LaTisha pushes for progress and tells her, “We’ve both had time…let’s talk about it and see how we can move forward.”

They then address trust. Nell states, “Honestly, the trust is earned,” making her stance clear. LaTisha counters by stressing consistency, saying, “You can’t trust someone you don’t spend time with.” She adds that relationships face challenges, but depend on how people move forward.

Nell brings up the moment involving LaTisha’s mother and says the comment “hit below the belt.” She acknowledges LaTisha defended her, adding, “You didn’t have to do that.” Nell then opens up about her grief, saying, “My mom is deceased now…that ripped me apart.” LaTisha listens and agrees to be more understanding as they take steps to rebuild.

Marsau and LaTisha discuss group tension and revisit Chris’ situation.

Marsau and LaTisha reflect on changes within their circle. LaTisha says, “Life is definitely changing for a lot of us in the friend group,” as they begin discussing recent events. The conversation shifts to Ken and Tricia, and LaTisha downplays the social media moment, explaining it “wasn’t a big deal…just something to laugh about.”

Next, LaTisha updates Marsau on her sit-down with Nell. She says they shared “a good moment” and notes Nell is dealing with personal challenges. She recalls Nell becoming emotional at the party and explains she “has a lot going on,” which shapes how she reacts.

Marsau then shifts the focus to business. He questions why Chris didn’t address his license situation directly. He says, “Hearing about Chris losing his license is little concern…hearing it through the grapevine is a lot more concerning.” He also defends his own work, stating, “People wear my finished projects…they eat at my finished project.”

By the end, Marsau decides to confront Chris. He suggests, “Why don’t we ask them?” LaTisha agrees but notes she and Nell promised to stay out of the men’s issues. She adds, “If it goes left, we’re gonna see if Nell and I can hold up,” as they prepare for what comes next.

Marsau questions Chris, and the conversation quickly escalates.

Marsau meets Chris and initially discusses his office space. The tone shifts when Marsau brings up what he heard about Chris’ license. Chris confirms the situation and says, “My real estate license was revoked, unfortunately,” while explaining he is working with attorneys to resolve it.

Marsau presses him about transparency and asks why he didn’t mention it earlier. Chris pushes back and responds, “No, I don’t,” rejecting the idea that he owed that information. He adds, “We never got back together to say that, yes, we’re going to do this.”

Chris then challenges Marsau and brings up his own business issues. He asks, “Do you have any lawsuits outstanding against your company?” to highlight what he sees as a double standard. He argues that no formal deal existed and says, “We haven’t signed any papers,” to support his position.

Marsau reframes the issue and stresses responsibility, telling Chris, “Your license is not for you, your license is for the public.” Chris defends his reputation and fires back, “I’m more of a pillar in this community than you will ever be.” The exchange ends with both men standing firm.

Chris opens up to Nell and questions Marsau’s approach.

Chris meets with Nell and vents about the conversation. He says, “I’m not really happy about it,” before explaining how Marsau brought up the issue. Chris questions the approach and recalls thinking, “You mean I’m supposed to come and tell you that my license was revoked?”

He continues by saying the interaction felt like an attack on his credibility. Chris explains, “He was trying to make me look like a bad business person,” while Nell acknowledges the tension and tells him, “You got the real Marsau today.”

The discussion turns to Marsau’s comments about community responsibility. Chris pushes back, saying, “That’s my license,” emphasizing personal accountability. Nell offers a balanced view and admits she understands part of Marsau’s concern, stating, “I feel like you do have an obligation to the community.”

Chris maintains that Marsau handled the situation poorly. He says, “Let’s not make a big deal out of my situation,” and wants to handle it privately. Nell then worries about the fallout and admits, “I just got in a good space with Leticia,” as she questions how this conflict will affect things.

Maurice confronts Marsau over delays on the Jordan Lane project.

Maurice visits the project and immediately questions the lack of progress. He points out, “Nobody’s here working,” and says the site looks unchanged. He adds, “I saw you on live talking about your project…and my project’s not moving,” to explain his frustration.

Marsau responds by explaining the delays and points to construction challenges. He says timelines often shift and emphasizes that changes require adjustments. Maurice rejects that explanation and says, “We’re about a year past due right now,” while reminding Marsau that his reputation is tied to the project.

Maurice continues pressing and accuses Marsau of making excuses. He says, “I do think that you’re making excuses,” and questions why updates were not shared earlier. Marsau defends his process and explains that changes to plans affect timelines, adding, “Every change we make, it takes time.”

The conversation grows tense as both men refuse to back down. Marsau insists he is handling the project, while Maurice makes it clear he expects results. The disagreement continues without resolution.

The argument turns personal as Maurice questions Marsau’s motivation.

Maurice takes things further, questioning Marsau’s effort. He tells him directly, “I’m saying that you’re not motivated,” and suggests the situation would be different if they were not family. He adds, “Paperwork tends to motivate people,” hinting at legal pressure.

Marsau rejects that claim and explains that the delays come from inspections and approvals. He says, “This is the process…this is how long it takes,” and argues that expectations do not match reality.

Maurice pushes back again and says the issue is priority, not process. He states, “I think it’s a lack of priority,” and suggests Marsau treats the project like a favor. He also points to progress on other projects as a comparison.

The exchange escalates into insults. Marsau calls Maurice a “slimy lawyer” and dismisses the idea of a lawsuit, saying, “You’re not gonna sue me…I’m gonna motivate you.” The confrontation ends with both men frustrated and no resolution in sight.
