The Game isn’t scared of Drake.

The Game is set to drop his next album, too bad people are more interested in his thoughts on latest Hip-Hop sensation Drake than his upcoming album. During a recent interview that started off regarding his upcoming album, The Game was asked if he was a little nervous to drop his next album around the same time as Drake. Here’s The Game’s interesting perspective on Drake:
“You should go and support hip-hop, go get (Drake’s) Thank Me Later and go grab (Game’s album) R.E.D. and you good. You know you’re good, then the next week you come back and buy Eminem, great. June is gonna be a big month. So no, it’s no competition. Everything don’t gotta be a competition and we’re not even the same type of [artist,] we’re not in the same lane.”
The Game on why he isn’t worried about Drake:
“I respect what he does and I talked to him before, he’s a fan of mine so we’ll just keep it like that and put it out, people will go and buy them and who cares who’s number one, number two, it don’t make no sense to me because I’ve been around and sold millions of records already. I have nothing else to prove.”
I had no idea that all these albums were dropping around the same time. It’s pretty clear that Drake may outperform The Game in sales numbers, but I’m hearing that The Game may have outdone himself on this upcoming album.
