How to Get Your Sexy Back

Simple steps to get back your sex appeal…no surgery necessary.

Sexy is like style: It can get better with time when you free yourself from the rules, and you can lose it if you let yourself go a little too much. Whether you’re a size three or a size thirteen, sexy has no size requirements to those that understand the basic requirements. The basic requirements don’t necessarily involve lavish wardrobes or perfect figures, but it does involve the one neccesity that sets the real divas from the posers. And that could only be sheer confidence. Any woman can lose her confidence, but the good news is any woman can get it back.

Your lack of sexy could be the reason your love life is suffering. Here’s a few ways to feel better about yourself, and become sexy the natural way. No surgery or self degradation needed.

Get some alone time.

There’s an old saying that says “You can’t love anyone if you don’t love yourself.” While that’s true, you can’t love yourself if you can’t be by yourself.

If you’re the type of woman who hops in and out of relationships without taking any time to be alone, it’s no wonder you don’t feel sexy.

There’s nothing sexier than a woman who finds comfort (not misery) in being alone. Take some time to make a glass of your favorite wine, read a great novel, and let lose in your own skin. In some cases, alone time is the perfect way to learn more about who you really are.

Take a day or two out the week to enjoy your own company. You’ll see a surge in your confidence when you master the art of solitude.

Spoil yourself a little.

Sure, it’s fabulous to have your sweetie treat you to a nice dinner or evening at the spa, but who said you have to wait on your honey to treat yourself?

The stresses of life and your career could be taking a toll on your sexy. And in that case, relaxation is the best cure. Take a trip to your favorite spa or book an appointment with you favorite masseuse, and release some tension.

A monthly trip to a spa would make anyone feel sexy.

Change your dating pattern.

Most people aren’t successful in love because they continue to date the same way which brings them the same results: nothing.

Believe it or not, you could be dating the same type of people, and that type of repetition can leave you in a very dark place emotionally. Bad relationships are some of the most common forms of baggage, and it isn’t sexy for a man or a woman to carry. Let the past go, and don’t be afraid to step out of the box in your dating pursuits.

Change and growth can bring out the sexy in any woman.

Fix your look.

Now I’m not suggesting you run out and buy a whole new wardrobe, but if you want to feel sexy, you might need to polish your look.

Sexy doesn’t mean sluttish, and you won’t need clothes that show more skin than class. Pay attention to the latest fashion trends and put your very own twist to them. Most importantly, wear clothes that compliment your figure without exposing you. Clothes that fit too small or too big will not do any woman justice.

A new hairstyle could even work wonders as well as changes to your make-up regime. Just keep the changes classy, and create a look that stays true to you.
