The bottle-throwing incident and subsequent brawl inside a Manhattan night club involving Chris Brown and Drake has become an international incident of sorts in the HIp-Hop world. Chris Brown used his Instagram and Twitter accounts to speak about the incident almost immediately after it happened. However, Drake did not speak about the incident until recently.

During his performance during the Club Paradise tour, which he is headlining, Drake finally took time to address the incident from his side of the story. Drake was apparently intoxicated and had many things running through his head when the incident took place.

During one part of his performance, he said,

“When I woke up this morning, I had to think about a lot of things. But the only thing I gave a f— about was that I was in New York City tonight.”

Then, before he brought out Waka Flocka Flame out on stage to perform No Hands, he also said,

“It’s last call and you’re really too drunk to give a f—.  A n—- in the corner is standing there looking at you funny. You bump elbows with him on the way to the bathroom, but really there’s only one n—- that you got to think about.”

Drake is rumored to be facing a possible arrest due to the incident and brawl that injured various party-goers including Chris Brown’s girlfriend, his security guard and NBA player Tony Parker.

Chris Brown or his spokesperson has yet to respond to the comments made by Drake, however, it is also rumored that Chris is cooperating with authorities about the incident. Drake has the full support of Cash Money CEO Birdman who feels that Drake did not throw the bottle as claimed by witnesses.

  1. Any rapper that writes lyrics, in an attempt to get a stripper back that dumped him or got punched in the face by Common can never looked at as “hard.”

  2. I wish he would sit his Sesame Street looking azz down somewhere. He knows he’s not supposed to be leaving the house without Ernie.
