Serena Williams along with her sister Venus Williams have been forces to be reckoned with when it comes to the game of tennis. Both ladies have done some incredible things on the tennis court.  And as for Serena herself, she has had some rather amazing moments this year in her career, taking home her first gold medal in singles at the 2012 Summer Olympics and winning her fifth Wimbledon title. As many celebrated her victorious moment during the Olympic Games, it was slightly interrupted by those who were upset with Serena for choosing the C-Walk as her victory dance. That bit of controversy died down quickly yet most recently, Serena Williams has found her name in the middle of some more, this time some that was not fueled by her dance moves but by another tennis player who decided to make Serena the butt of a joke during a match (pun intended).

Tennis player Caroline Wozniacki thought it’d be hilarious to imitate Serena during an exhibition in Brazil, stuffing towels into her top and skirt. A lot of people must have missed the joke as many of them were outraged at Wozniacki’s parody and thought she was being racist. As up in arms as some people were over the imitation, Serena wasn’t in the least bit as she saw it as nothing racist at all:

“I know Caro and I would call her my friend and I don’t think she (meant) anything racist by it.”

Tennis player Andy Roddick has also been one that has clowned Serena over her large behind yet they all claim it to be nothing but fun and jokes.

Peep the video clip of Caroline Wozniacki doing her impression of Serena. Was she just trying to strike up some laughter or was she being racist?

Speak on it.
