Is Janet Jackson engaged? The pretty private little sister of music legend Michael Jackson and legend in her own right Janet Jackson has been dating beau Wissam Al Mana pretty quietly for the last two years. Mana is a certified billionaire, and for the last few months there have been rumors circulating that suggested Janet was anticipating him popping the big question. According to various reports, her billionaire lover has made her one happy woman and asked Janet to marry him officially earlier this year. Now sources close to the happy couple have confirmed the couple’s plans for their upcoming wedding and it sounds like it’s going to be a very luxurious occasion.
Insiders tell US Weekly:
“He is flying in all of Janet’s friends and family on private jets. He wants to get a top chef to create a custom menu.”
Apparently, one of the reasons Janet was able to keep her engagement a secret is because she doesn’t wear her engagement ring in public. The insider told US Weekly that she refuses to wear the expensive ring because she’s afraid she will lose it. So she opts to keep it “locked up” instead.
Janet, who was married before, is also said to want kids this time around:
“She wants kids. If she can’t have them, she will adopt.”
It’s also being speculated that Janet’s upcoming wedding will cost millions, but as private as Janet is, we don’t expect for too many more details to leak about the couple’s upcoming nuptials. The wedding is speculated to be taking place spring in Qatar.
