Jennifer Williams’ husband has a new lawsuit filed by more alleged fraud victims.

Jennifer Williams‘ husband, Christian Walden, also known as Christian Gold, is a significant focus on this season of “Basketball Wives.” Specifically, accusations have been made about him committing fraud and running a Ponzi scheme. Previously, Urban Belle reported that Christian is currently being sued in Cobb County, Georgia, by multiple clients. These clients allege that Christian defrauded them, stealing the investment money that they trusted him to invest. This lawsuit, valued at $125,000, was filed in February of this year.

A new lawsuit has been filed. Attorney and Blogger Symone Redwine, host of the “Girl, Is That Legal” YouTube channel, reports another lawsuit was filed against him. According to Symone, the lawsuit is from more alleged clients of Christians, and they allege he defrauded them of $100,000.

Christian Walden’s allegations are allegedly debunked.

During the YT Live where Symone explained the second lawsuit, she also spoke about Christian’s response to the allegations made by Carl Crawford’s cousin. She alleges that Christian broke the law by charging an advance fee before clients funded their trading accounts.

Symone said he’s only allowed to make money off commission by law, and cannot charge you a fee upfront.

That’s illegal under the SEC guidelines. Here’s why. It’s because it’s the basis of most financial fraud related to investments. Because he makes that $1,500 whether he invests your money or not, that’s not how it’s supposed to work. Instead, they’re allowed to get a commission. They can receive a commission or a percentage, as this incentivizes them to grow your portfolio.

They only make money if they make you money, as opposed to advanced fees.  They get paid regardless, so what is his incentive to grow your money? Literally nothing.

Symone also explained that felons could be traders, so long as they are licensed. They must apply and explain their charges, informing them that they have been changed.

Now you’re welcome to apply for a license, and you could get a license if you [choose]. Felons would have to apply and then… provide an addendum. You’d have to say how your lives changed, how you’re a good person… and you have to get licensed and insured.

It’s explained in the video that the insurance is used for errors and omissions.

  1. This is why I will keep side eying everybody who thinks this man is some kind of victim. This will not end well for Jennifer.

  2. Christian is a walking red flag to any experienced investor. He definitely understands most people lack financial literacy and he preys on that. I hope his victims get justice.

  3. She is obviously THIRSTY for a man and for the title MRS. Just sad that she has not learned from the past mistakes!

  4. How can he explain ANYTHING when the proof is steady showing up? I hate Evelyn got involved in this but she felt to expose this man. But it’s up to Jennifer still to handle her OWN issues
