Chris Brown may have gotten off the hook with his brawl with Frank Ocean now that the Channel Orange singer has revealed that he has no plans to press charges, but it appears that he is having more issues that could potentially put him in jail for violating his probation. Last year, it was said that Chris fulfilled his community service requirements, however, the D.A. is now claiming to have proof that Chris did not complete all the required community service hours. In particular, the D.A. is accusing Chris of not being truthful about his hours, and claims the singer was not picking up trash and Virginia as he claimed in one instance, but actually on a jet to Cancun. Here’s the report from TMZ:
The judge was suspicious when the community service documents were filed, and sources tell us the D.A. began investigating and found no “credible, competent or verifiable evidence” that Brown did the 180 days community service.
Sources tell TMZ … there’s no way Chris could have performed community service on some of the days, because he was out of the country doing concerts.
The D.A. calls Chris’ documentation “at best sloppy … and at worst fraudulent reporting.”
The D.A. is asking the judge to reject Chris’ alleged Virginia community service hours and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A. County.
By the way, the D.A. claims Chris’ mom was responsible for orchestrating work at the Children’s Center outside of normal operating hours and a key administrator told the D.A. she NEVER saw Chris perform any work at the center.
Damn son.
Maybe this is why he was crying at the club. He needs to really get his sh-t together.
Smh. If this is true, I have to ask why didn’t he just do the hours? Did he not see the severity of what he did or the consequences from not fulfilling the requirements? This is ridiculous.

SMH. He really needs to get it to together. Instead of doing all that partying he should have been doing his community service hours. Which he should be thankful that he got instead of spending time behind bars. This is what happens when you think you’re above the law! RiRi & Kae should move it along cause he’s going back down!
