Kim Kardashian may be pregnant with her current beau Kanye West’s baby, but she is still legally a married woman. Despite how nasty things have been on both sides, Kris Humphries is still technically Kim Kardashian’s husband. Kim was hoping the divorce would be as quick as the 72 day marriage ended, however, the divorce itself has lasted long than the actual “romance” that took place between the former couple. Since ending things with her estranged husband, Kim has gone public with her romance with Kanye, and according to multiple people, those two have been messing around with each other since she was dating Reggie Bush. This alone is one of the reasons that Kris thinks the marriage was nothing but a stunt to help the ratings of Kim’s reality show, not to mention he has heard rumors that Kim was sleeping with Kanye while they were engaged.
Regardless, Kim refuses to confirm that the marriage was a fraud, and Kris Humphries has already turned down her offer of a $10 million divorce settlement. He wants Kim to instead commit to an annulment and to admit in court that the marriage was a fraud.
Kim and her family have now resorted to trashing Kris in the press, and now her attorney is even claiming that the stress from the divorce might be harmful to the baby. Kim wants the divorce proceedings to speed up, and she and her attorney claim it’s for the good of the baby.
However, Kris Humphries and his attorney seem to think that’s nothing more than BS, and Kris’ attorney slammed the reality star for getting pregnant while she was married and in the middle of a divorce.
TMZ got their hands on the court documents, and on them, Kris’ attorney writes:
“What is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.
“Why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?”
Kris Humphries also wants to be present for Kim’s deposition, but he won’t be able to do so until his basketball schedule clears up in May.

She’s so classless and shameless. I’m just disturbed that she’s getting ready to be a mother. Look at her mothers track record, and it should be clear why I’m disturbed.

Kim met her match with Kris. He has her by the balls and I’m loving every second of it. And now she’s going to be Kanye’s baby mama. She needs all the prayer she can get.
I wish Kris would just move on. The Marriage was fake and what not but you are becoming worse than Kim.
Looking at this picture, I can’t help but feel as if something needs to be stuck inside of her mouth. Isn’t that what she does best?
If Kim really cared about the baby, she’d just get the annulment and admit the marriage was a fraud. Even Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could see that.
That’s been my question all along! Why in the world would she not wait until her divorce was over before she started to play another man’s wife? In the words of my favorite rapper Tupac “Wonder why they call you b**ch!” Lol, girl get off the gas!!
If Kim really cared about her future child, she wouldn’t have intentionally gotten pregnant while she was in the middle of a divorce that has been messy since day one. No sympathy here.
LOL at Kris’ lawyer asking the million dollar question. Kim is such an idiot. If you’re going to marry a man for ratings, at least marry one who you can run over. Kris was not the one for her to pull this on.

I like Kim. She made lemonaid out of lemons and is a millionaire to boot. Can’t hate the way she played her hand. She moved on from old boy (Kris) with a quickness. Just like he did. Didn’t he start dating another woman shortly after they split? Why, yes he did. So what is his lawyer talking about. Kris could have gotten that girl pregnant and what would he say about that? He looks a little bitter right about now. Hey he’s a big boy, he knew what she was when he got with her. Just settle the dam thing and move on.
Boy I can see that they have you fooled! You have been drinking way too much of that Kardashian kool aid! Why don’t you wise up and she Kim for who she really is? I will not take the time to type it out for you because I am sure you have read it a hundred times before! (You know WHAT kind of woman sheISand WHO she really IS!)
Sorry, I can’t bring myself to like Kim or blame Kris for what she’s done here. There’s better ways to create wealth for your family than selling your own sex tape. How will she even explain that to her kids? I can’t give Kim props for her bank account when I know so many other women who are doing well and didn’t have to make a sex tape to be better off. All she has to do is give that damn man an annulment. That’s actually standard for marriages that don’t last at least year anyway. He doesn’t want the money, he wants an annulment because he’s a Catholic and he wants to be able to remarry without going against his beliefs. Kim just doesn’t want to admit that the whole thing was a sham for her. She was sleeping with Kanye while they were engaged. I have absolutely no respect for this attention whore. She’s getting exactly what she deserves. Keep fighting Kris.
Damn she already using her child & he or she not even here yet! I don’t feel sorry for Kim at all. Yes it may seem petty for Kris to drag this out, however Kim needs to be accountable for her actions. She thought she had a “nobody” that she was gonna make some money off of and it didn’t work that way for her. Now she trying to use the baby to force the courts to just settle the divorce. We can already see she gonna pimp her baby out just like her mom pimps her out. SMH.
