Did Joe Budden and Consequence fight at the reunion show for Love and Hip Hop? Well if the latest Instagram and tweets are any indication, both of the rappers and now reality stars did come to blows at the taping for the reunion. Things have been rocky for the rappers after Joe suggested in an interview that he wasn’t interested in collaborating in the studio with Consequence, and Cons clapped back in an interview and said he didn’t want to do a song with Joe either in a rather snarky way. Joe, who is usually a very forward person, decided to confront Consequence during one of his radio interviews and both said the beef was squashed. But apparently Consequence has still been running his mouth about Joe Budden, and Joe decided to just confront him about it at the reunion.
According to Funkmaster Flex’s Instagram post, Consequence pulled a rat move and hit Joe in the back of the head while he was walking away. However, Consequence didn’t want to square off and fight fairly after he snuck a lick in.
Here’s what the DJ said on the social network:
“N*gga Cons in here super p*ssy… Hitting n*ggas in the back of the head when they ain’t looking… Now he’s afraid to knuckle up with buddens!!! Really????”
To no surprise, Consequence decided to take to his Twitter account to brag on his “sneak attack” on Budden:
Joe Budden is telling a different story from Consequence. He says on his Twitter account that Consequence didn’t smack him, but hit him from behind while he was walking with Tahiry. The rapper says Tahiry snuffed him and he promptly ran away from the scene (read tweets from the bottom up):
