If you’re an 80’s baby, then you know R&B group Jodeci used to reign when it came to baby making music. The group had many hits, but like most groups met their demise for rumored reasons such as drugs usage and inner beef, and as a result, the group ended up going their separate ways with brothers K-Ci and JoJo collaborating together and making their own music. Even though the group is now back together and performing their old hits all over the world in concerts, the reunion hasn’t been without controversy. According to reports, the group was booed off the stage over the weekend at their show in London, and concert goers say they sounded horrible because they appeared to be too drunk to perform.

Concertgoers tell The Running Lip that Devante was a no show, so that left the remaining members K-Ci, JoJo, and Mr. Dalvin. Audience members said they were singing off key, and at one point, Mr. Dalvin jumped off stage, only to have trouble getting back on. Dru Hill had to take the stage to finish up Jodeci’s set.
A fan in attendance tells The Running Lip, “They were singing the classics and everything was good until Mr. Dalvin jumped off the stage and couldn’t climb back up. Then K-Ci & JoJo took the solo and couldn’t keep it together. They missed all the notes they were singing. Dru Hill had to take over and sing their own songs for them.”
Fans reportedly began to leave while the debacle took place on stage, and Twitter blew up with reactions.
All over the social media sites and in the comment sections on blogs everywhere people who claimed to have attended the concert claim that it was obvious that the group was under the influence of alcohol and possibly some other substances.

LOL. These are some fools! Sad, but the music biz was hard on them.
I honestly think the business is hard on everybody. You can’t get on drugs to cope though. That only makes it worse.

My goodness they sound horrible. I blame the drugs! When will these singers learn these drugs will ruin vocals?

I used to love me some Jodeci. Oh well. I can’t say I’m shocked they fell off so bad. Aren’t K-Ci and JoJo Fantasia’s cousins?
People are actually paying to see them after all the crazy antics K-Ci and JoJo pulled the last couple of years (passing out on stage, etc.). Well, at least Dru Hill tried to save the show.
I can’t do anything else but shake my head. Hilarious and sad at the same time.

Jodeci,Blackstreet,Next,Keith sweat,Htown,R kelly, were all kicking it back in the 80’s, so glad I was around in that era as the 80’s-90’s was when R&B music was at it best ..

That’s really pitiful. You got a chance to keep money in your pockets and you can’t even realize what your losing…sad that’s that junkie mentality, just can’t let it go.
