Michael Jordan’s Ex Plans to Refile Paternity Suit

Michael Jordan’s alleged baby mama has a message for him and everyone else out there. And that is that she is not going anywhere anytime soon and is planning to refile. In the midst of trying to prepare for his upcoming wedding, the paternity suit drama continues for Michael Jordan as the woman, who is his ex-girlfriend Pamela Smith, claims that the legendary basketball player is the father of her 16-year-old son and she filed a paternity suit against Michael as Smith was looking for MJ to give up the dough. In addition to child support, Pamela Smith was looking for Michael to pay for all her son’s medical bills. Not only did Pamela want money from Michael, she also wanted her son to be able to rightfully have his last name too. Michael Jordan responded to the suit that Pamela filed against him, denying that he was her son’s father and claiming that Pamela already knew who the father of her child was.

After dismissing her suit and dragging him to court, Michael demanded that Pamela to pay all of his attorney fees that he had to shell out money for. Just because she dismissed the suit doesn’t mean that she is done with her fight as Pamela Smith is still trying to prove that Michael is the father of her son. TMZ reports that Pamela Smith is providing more details as to why she dropped the lawsuit against Michael. And it was supposedly due to technical issues with the documents, that is that her ex-husband’s name is on her son’s birth certificate, listing him as her son’s father. With that being said, Pamela has plans to re-file the paternity case very soon. The website is also reporting that Pamela’s son isn’t following in his alleged father’s footsteps but rather has a thing for music as he is an aspiring rapper.
