Rihanna causes controversy again? Rihanna might be one of the few artists currently on top of the music game but the singer has also been a target of immense criticism for her bad girl image. Although it does work for her, Rihanna likes to be more daring in her fashion choices and her marketing material and album covers don’t necessarily have her in line to be nominated for role model of the year. The singer is cool with that though and she’s expressed on numerous occasions that she doesn’t want to be a role model to kids. Maybe the people of Dublin didn’t get the memo because they were so offended by her “Unapologetic” album cover that they decided to take some extreme measures to cover up the singer’s boobs. The album cover was used to promote the singer’s upcoming concert dates, but a lot of citizens just felt the image was too risky. They took it upon themselves to cover her up. Celebuzz reports:
Several citizens of Dublin have been offended by the “Diamonds” crooner’s topless posters advertising her concert dates, taking it upon themselves to cover up her naked body by stapling dresses to the billboard.
Though the provocative image isn’t anything the world hasn’t seen before (it’s RiRi’s topless Unapologetic album art), the local modesty vigilantes have continued to make it their mission to clothed several racy adverts around town, including ones located on the city’s Church St. and North King St.
