Kim and Kanye engaged? Are Kim and Kanye engaged? The celebrity couple is said to be so moved by the birth of their baby girl North West that it made them both think about marriage a lot more seriously, and now several reports are claiming the couple got engaged not too long after the child’s birth. In particularly, newspaper The Sun even provided intimate details of the rumored proposal. The publication writes:
NEW dad Kanye West asked Kim Kardashian to marry him just days after she gave birth to their first child.
The reality star has accepted his proposal and the pair are planning a wedding in Paris this September.
Kanye, 36, has not yet sealed the deal with an engagement ring, but he has splashed out £500,000 on a rare black and tiger-stripe diamond ring.
The rap star gave Kim, 32, the “push present” — a growing phenomenon in the US — to mark the occasion of the birth of daughter North.
As romantic as The Sun’s account sounds, Kim’s camp told PEOPLE that it just isn’t true. The website reports:
As for future plans, sources say the new family will spend time together at grandma Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills, Calif., home. “They’re putting work aside right now to focus on the family. They’re in it 100%,” adds the pal.
Despite a rumored proposal over the weekend, the source says that while it’s on the agenda, West is yet to pop the question.
“I can’t imagine them not getting married. That’s in their future!” the source adds.
Of course they aren’t engaged. Kanye seems like the typical dude that wants you to pop out 3 of his kids before he marries you.

Kanye and Kim are just on a natural high w/ the birth of their child which they should be but the same issues that were present before this baby were born will still be there. Kanye would be a fool to marry Kim but he was a fool to impregnate her so he will probably marry her.
They got like three more kids to go. LOL.
The only person Kanye will marry is Riccardo.
