Tameka Raymond’s legal troubles don’t end with her ex husband Usher. Although she’s still hoping to gain full custody of her two sons with the R&B singer back after he was granted primary custody as a result of their nasty custody battle, she’s also been in an ongoing legal dispute with the landlord for her place of business. After getting hit recently by a lawsuit for allegedly owing $50,000 in back rent for retail spaces in Georgia, it appears the judge has now decided to rule in Tameka’s landlord’s favor. And it’s going to cost Tameka $200,000. TMZ reports:

Tameka Raymond is not likely to break a lease again anytime soon … because TMZ has learned she recently lost a battle with her former landlord over past rent and now owes over $200,000!!!

As TMZ first reported, Tameka was battling her former landlord, who claimed she owed nearly $50,000 in back rent for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex where she ran her business.

Tameka argued it was her landlord who broke the lease and the case should be tossed, but a judge did not see it that way AT ALL … and ordered Tameka pay up $186,036.50 in principal and $18,628.65 in attorney fees ….. for a grand total of $204,665.15.

Tameka hasn’t said anything yet about her recent loss against her landlord, but she’s usually pretty vocal on her Twitter so she’ll most likely address it soon to her followers. There’s also no word yet if she plans to appeal the judge’s decision. In the meantime, she’s stuck with a $200,000 bill over her Atlanta businesses. Ouch.

      1. THANK YOU. That’s what I never understood. People are so quick to point out Tameka’s bad ways, but they get mum when it comes to Usher’s. The hypocrisy is amazing. All because dude can pop lock? I guess.
