Dwyane Wade ex wife sues the NBA star? Dwyane Wade might be in great place in his personal life and obviously very happy with his current love Gabrielle Union, but his bitter rift with his ex wife Siohvaughn Wade is far from over. In fact, the former couple is still batting things out in court thanks to a nasty custody battle over their two sons, and although D Wade won primary custody over the boys, Siohvaughn is still claiming she is being kept away from the kids and the Miami Heat star is allegedly not honoring the court appointed times she was given to spend time with the kids. Now it appears D Wade’s ex wife is suing him and she’s claiming Wade owes her at least $1 million in endorsement deals. According to reports, D Wade was supposed to put her cut of the money made in a joint account and allegedly failed to do so. The Chicago Tribune reports:
The ex-wife of basketball star Dwyane Wade says she’s owed at least $1 million from endorsements and other income, alleging in a lawsuit filed in Cook County Circuit Court last week that Wade has engaged in a conspiracy to deprive her of the money.
Siohvaughn Wade is suing her former husband, his attorney, his financial adviser and companies with which she believes he has endorsement deals for allegedly refusing to uphold an agreement that required the money to placed in a joint bank account.
The suit alleges the ex-couple had a contract that required that all of the Miami Heat shooting guard’s income from endorsements and marketing contracts plus half of his July 2006 NBA contract income be deposited directly into a “mutual account.”
Instead, the lawsuit alleges, Wade and his agents and attorneys have made an “end run” around the agreement by deciding “when and how much of those funds should be deposited into the mutually agreed upon account.”
The documents filed also claim Siohvaughn is having some money problems and is having a difficult time paying her mortgage and the insurance on her home and car. She’s currently in law school and says her coursework prevents her from working.
Damn. I really wish these two could just learn how to be civil. If he owes her the money, just pay up and make it right. Sheesh.

If that was the deal, he needs to pay. But D Wade seems to think he’s above the court these days. He’s not even honoring the time commitments the court ordered so she can see the boys. Very dirty.

If he owes her money then he needs to pay her. But if this is just her being vindictive she really needs to stop. Siohvaughn’s problem is she keeps trying to win battles but Wade has won the war. I don’t know what to believe because sometimes I do feel she is being vindictive but I also feel like maybe Wade does this just to get a reaction out of her. I just feel sorry for those kids they deserve better then this.
