Beyonce might be the “Queen Bey” and have loyal fans in the very ruthless “BeyHive,” but that doesn’t mean the superstar singer hasn’t been a target of immense criticism and controversy. Just like her equally as famous and successful husband Jay Z, Beyonce has also been accused of being involved in dark behind the scenes organizations such as the Illuminati and of course there are a number of people who believe the singer hasn’t done enough to help out the black community, a sentiment legendary actor and civil rights activist Harry Belafonte expressed during a press conference. But it now appears some people have decided to take their dislike of the singer to her own concerts as new reports suggest a handful of DC citizens protested Beyonce at her concert and even urged First Lady Obama not to show up because it is “unbecoming” for a First Lady to be friends with Beyonce.
But what was their biggest motivator for protesting? All the Illuminati articles on the internet and their belief that Beyonce and Jay Z are devil worshipers. AFRO reports:
“We believe that this couple is virtually destroying our youth,” Twyman said. “If you go on the Internet, you’ll see stories about how they’re both part of the Illuminati and you can see Jay-Z’s use of the Satanic triangle symbol when he performs.
Jay-Z even declared himself to be God by referring to himself as Jehovah, and we don’t think that this is the image that our young people need to be glorifying.”
At the Verizon Center, Twyman and his small group patrolled the sidewalk carrying signs. “Jay-Z and Beyonce Are Possessed By Demons! Enter At Your Own Risk!” one read. “Mrs. Obama, On Behalf Of The Youth Of America, Don’t Attend The Satanic Beyonce Concert Tonight!”
“They just basically had signs walking around saying Beyonce and Jay-Z were ruled by demons,” said accountant April Batty, 30, of Baltimore, who encountered Twyman as she stood in line waiting to get into the July 29 show. “He also had a sign about the first lady destroying, I guess the title of first lady, by supporting Beyonce and Jay-Z. He had a third sign but I didn’t see what it said.”
The protesters also complained that the couple doesn’t do enough for the black community. Interestingly enough, the group started with six members, and by the next day only had two left.

When you reach the highest levels of success, ignorant people need to believe you got there because you sold your soul. They think struggling is a sign of Godliness and success is the sign of satan. But God is way more able than that! I’m happy for people who have made it. They inspire me and I don’t see the need to be jealous and hateful. Too bad others don’t see things that way.
