Is Chris Brown quitting music? Although Chris Brown has a new album on the way, the singer somewhat killed his fans’ excitement about it after he suggested “X” will be the very last album he puts out. Even though Chris’ attorney strongly believes he won’t have to spend any time behind bars, there is still a chance the singer could face up to four years in prison over the hit and run case. Chris once said he learned how to deal with being the most hated person. But it seems like the harsh criticisms are still getting to the singer as Chris feels it’s unfair for him to still be catching backlash for assaulting Rihanna when he was a teenager. And because people are not willing to let him live down the incident, Chris took to his Twitter account and told his fans he plans to retire after he drops “X.”
Chris tweeted:
Don’t worry mainstream America.After this X album, it’ll probably be my last album.
Being famous is amazing when it’s for ur music and talent. I’m tired of being famous for a mistake I made when i was 18. I’m cool & over it!
Chris’ recent tweets have caused his diehard fans to become very disappointed at the idea of the singer not making music anymore. Apparently Chris was just venting though as a source close to the singer tells EntertainmentWise that Chris Brown isn’t quitting music and he’s just having a hard time dealing with the treatment he is receiving from the media and the public:
“The negativity is too much for any person to bear and he’s just defeated having been bullied so much by the media and the public.”
“He’s not quitting music.”
Figured. He loves music too much to walk away. He just needs to man up and stop letting the criticism get to her.

Exactly! Why would you even want to be with someone that brings that much drama in your life? I’m not a CB stan or even a fan really, but it just became too ridiculous & I started feeling really bad for him. All this over rihanna though???
