Kim Zolciak Confirms She’s Pregnant with Twins

Is Kim Zolciak having twins? Although Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s days on “Real Housewives of Atlanta” are over, the reality TV star and her NFL hubby haven’t completely strayed away from the reality TV show scene and are continuing to grow their already big family. Kim Zolciak was rumored to be pregnant with her fifth child not too long ago as she already has two daughters and two sons. And once the gossip go out about Kim and Kroy expecting another baby, Kim caught some serious backlash after she was accused of allegedly taking a few puffs from a cigarette while pregnant.

After remaining quiet amid the pregnancy rumors for contractual reasons, Kim eventually confirmed her pregnancy and it was initially thought she was pregnant with one child. While Kim and Kroy were preparing themselves for only one new baby in the house, Kim recently revealed to E! News that she is actually going to have twins. And she says the news of her having twins doesn’t come as a total surprise to her seeing as though twins run in her family:

“I’m having twins and I couldn’t be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.

“I can’t believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It’s going to be very busy but it’s a dream come true.”
