Outside of the music world, there’s been a lot of drama going down at one of the biggest urban radio stations in the country, Hot 97. Mister Cee, a DJ for the New York based station has been been busted soliciting sexual services from trannies on two public occasions, but the DJ told listeners that he was innocent and the Feds were setting him up to ruin him after the incident in May. Most people didn’t believe that story, but considering he is a married man with kids, it’s not a stretch to believe he was just trying to cover his tracks. But once again Mister Cee has found himself the in the middle of controversy. Audio of what is believed to be Mister Cee asking for sexual based services from a cross dressing male have popped up online, and the DJ can be heard negotiating prices for said services. He then kicks the male out of the car after he doesn’t pay.
Unlike the other two times, Mister Cee has owned up to his dirty laundry and spoke on the situation this morning on Hot 97. He claimed that he has gotten “dome” from trannies before, but he has never had full-fledged intercourse with any of them. And because of that, he feels he is not gay:
“I am tired of trying to do something or be something that I’m not. I’m tired. I’m tired. Have I lied about getting sexual f*llatio in a car with a transsexual? Yes. I have lied about that. I feel bad for the listeners that it did take a video for me to say this. I have been in denial for this for a very, very long time. A very long time. Now, the funny part of it, and I know I’m going to get hit with social media when I say this, but I’m going to say it anyway. Do I consider myself gay? No. I don’t consider myself gay. I do, I have gotten f*llatio from transvestites and that’s as far as it went. I’ve never had actual sexual intercouse with another man and vice versa. That has never been done to me. I have had f*llatio with a transsexual person. The person who I was in the car with, I knew exactly who that person is. That’s neither here or there.”
Mister Cee also claims the audio that put him on blast was recorded last year, and after breaking down in tears, he said he has to think long and hard about returning to radio. He did resign sometime yesterday, but he returned to the station today. Mister Cee also said his first concern is making sure his family is okay through the controversy.

He’s not alone. There are some men out here who feel they aren’t gay if they don’t wear a condom with the men they sleep with because wearing a condom is admitting they are having sex. It’s some lost people out here. Too afraid to embrace their true sexuality.
He’s gay. But that doesn’t mean he should have to leave Hot 97. At the end of the day, it’s really between him and his wife/fam. He needs prayer.

My Personal Opinion: any act between two men is gay in my book… *shrugs*
From a biological/psychological aspect: a man can engage in sexual acts with the same sex (single or multiple times) and not be considered “gay”…being gay depends on their preference, if he prefers males (or transsexuals) over females, then yes he’s gay, but if he prefers a woman then supposedly he’s not gay….
Just thought I’d share that since we just covered that in lecture last semester and I found it interesting!
