LeBron James and Savannah Brinson married? Miami Heat star LeBron James worked very hard to become one of today’s best players in the NBA and now that he has secured two championship rings out in Miami, it’s clear he wants to also upgrade his personal life. LeBron has been dating Savannah Brinson since high school, and the high school sweethearts have two sons together. Their engagement didn’t come as a shock to most, and LeBron has made it clear in numerous interviews that Savannah is one of the biggest support systems in his life besides his mother Gloria James.

Although the couple has been together for so many years and they do appear to be solid, they found themselves the target of gossip and rumors just like any other couple in the spotlight. As we reported several weeks ago, a young woman was going around and making claims that LeBron wasn’t being faithful on Savannah’s Instagram account. Then of course, there were rumors before that suggesting the couple’s wedding had been called off because they were having relationship problems, but Savannah shut down the rumor on her own.

Despite any drama the couple may have had in the past, the lovebirds did tie the knot yesterday (Saturday, September 14) in San Diego and they had a roster of lots of stars in attendance. Not only did LeBron’s famous teammates Dwayne Wade (Gabrielle Union was his date, of course) and Chris Bosh (accompanied by his wife Adrienne) attend, but it’s also been confirmed by numerous outlets that Beyonce and Jay Z performed at the reception. In all, about 200 guests witnessed LeBron and Savannah tie the knot.

Although there were many celebrities in the building and most may have been itching to take to Twitter to post photos and confirm LeBron is now a married man, it’s being reported that cameras were not allowed at the ceremony.

Congrats to LeBron and Savannah.
