Michael Jordan Gets Slapped with Another Paternity Suit

Legendary and retired NBA star Michael Jordan without a doubt has inspired many of today’s biggest players, and to most, he still holds the title as the greatest player to ever step on the basketball court. Even LeBron has made it clear that he looks up to Jordan and views his career as inspiration, although he’s still more interested in creating his own legacy. Despite being such a huge figure in the sport, Michael Jordan still finds himself in the headlines despite his commitment to keeping most of his private life out of the media.

Jordan was recently slapped with a paternity suit by one of his ex-girlfriends Pamela Smith, and she claimed Jordan fathered her 16-year-old son. In the end, her suit was eventually shut down in court, as it was determined the paternity for the child had already been determined years before and Jordan was not the father. Michael’s attorney claimed Pamela just filed the suit for publicity reasons and the judge also ruled she had to pay Michael’s attorney fees.

Just months after tying the knot for a second time, the retired athlete is now being slapped with yet another paternity lawsuit. According to TMZ, Laquetta Theus filed a paternity suit in Georgia and the website says it looks identical to the suit Pamela filed months ago.

Laqueeta is claiming that Jordan fathered her daughter in 2010, and she’s demanding that he pays child support but Jordan denies he’s the father and he’s already filed paperwork claiming paternity for the two-year old girl has already been established and the child is not his.

Laqueta also recently took to her Facebook page to put Jordan on blast, questioning why he hasn’t been supporting the child she claims he fathered:
