Jay Z forgets lyrics to “No Church in the Wild” during performance? Jay Z has surpassed many of his peers in the music industry with his level of success as his list of accomplishments keeps right on growing. The music mogul cranked out a solid album this past summer and has also managed to make a name for himself in the sports arena with the launch of his Roc Nation Sports agency. Although Jay Z is arguably one of the best to ever do it, he isn’t immune to having slip ups on stage during shows. Jay Z performed “Crazy In Love” with his wife Beyonce awhile back at the Barclay’s Center. And because he was so focused on looking at his wife on the screen, Jay Z was a little delayed in his arrival on stage.
Jay Z kicked off his “Magna Carta” world tour in Manchester a few nights ago and unfortunately he hasn’t been receiving rave reviews so far. And he recently suffered an awkward moment right in the middle of performing smash hit “No Church in the Wild” from the “Watch the Throne” album with Kanye West.
During his recent performance of “No Church in the Wild,” Jay forgot the lyrics to the song and couldn’t manage to fully recover in time before Frank Ocean’s hook started up in the background. Considering his musical resume though, we’re pretty sure Jay Z’s slip up won’t cause him to receive too much criticism.

He’s rapped so many songs it was bound to happen. He was cool about it though.
