Kerry Washington is pregnant? Kerry is having a big moment in her career as she is the lead actress on a hit show on ABC and “Scandal” has opened many doors for the beautiful actress and proven that she has a very bright future ahead. Not only was she nominated for an Emmy for the role, but she’s been plastered on numerous magazine covers and she’s landing even more movie roles now that she plays Olivia Pope on the popular drama. However, Kerry’s personal life is just as bright these days.
The actress secretly married NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha in June and the couple shocked many with their announcement considering most had no idea they were even dating. But it appears there’s more good news for the newlyweds.
Kerry’s rep has confirmed to US Weekly that the actress is indeed pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband. She’s about four months along and she’s been keeping her pregnancy a secret with her wardrobe choices as of late.
We told you several weeks ago that folks were starting to speculate the actress was pregnant because she opted to wear a dress that covered up her stomach at the Emmy Awards, something that usually signals a celebrity has a bun in the oven. Turns out the speculation was right.
