Are Cynthia and NeNe still friends? Season six of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” premieres tonight, and so far by the looks of the supertrailer we posted a week ago, it’s obvious this season will be full of drama. While it’s clear NeNe Leakes and her former close girlfriend Marlo Hampton aren’t on good terms, most probably didn’t anticipate that NeNe and Cynthia will have some issues too. While promoting the upcoming season of the hit Bravo reality show, Cynthia tells Radar Online that fans of the show will see her and NeNe have some troubles in the their friendship. She says:
“We do go through some things this season. We don’t agree on a couple different things and some other things happen that kind of cause some tension in our relationship.”
Despite the difference we’ll see onscreen in season six, Cynthia claims that she and NeNe are still besties:
“I’m still very close to NeNe. She’s someone that I have a great relationship with on the show and also off the show, and she’s definitely still my bestie.
“Real friends work through stuff even if it’s uncomfortable.”

Now this is hard to believe because Cynthia spends most of her time on the show kissing NeNe’s a-s.
LMBO yep! She really does. I guess the producers told her to step it up because people kept saying she was too boring!
You don’t say. I didn’t think Cynthia would ever go against NeNe.

Cynthia is such a wuss. I doubt this beef was even a serious one. She knows she will get fired if she gets on NeNe’s bad side. All of those housewives saw what happened to Sheree.
They will say and do anything to make you watch this trash. I’ll pass. I prefer scripted shows.
I just can’t see Cynthia and NeNe having a real falling out. Sorry, I’m just not buying it. Cynthia always goes along with whatever NeNe says. She doesn’t want to lose her spot on the show.
NeNe is a friend to no one. Cynthia better be careful.
I used to really like NeNe. But she’s become so full of herself that it’s hard for me to stomach her now.
Agreed. She’s almost as annoying as Kenya is.
I like Cynthia! She’s one of the most normal people on the show and we need that! Can’t wait til tonight. 🙂
She better not cross NeNe. She saw what happened to Sheree and all those other girls from season one. LOL.
So ready for this show!
It was probably nothing serious. Cynthia is the least confrontation person on the show.
