R&B singer Chris Brown had a progress hearing today for his probation and it was speculated that the DA would get their wish of sending him to jail since he allegedly had a violent outburst that reportedly got him kicked out of anger management rehab after just two weeks. As we reported recently, he voluntarily checked himself into anger management rehab after he allegedly assaulted a man outside of a W Hotel in DC. And it now appears that he will have to go right back to rehab.

According to TMZ, the judge has ordered that Chris Brown goes back to anger management rehab. The singer must stay for 90 days, and the judge has required that he checks himself into a live-in anger management rehab program.

The facility must be approved by the Probation Department and it must be in LA county.

As far as the assault case is concerned, the judge has decided to let Chris fly to DC for the court hearings.

Chris will also have to undergo drug testing while he’s in rehab, and he has to take any prescriptions recommended by the staff at rehab.

The judge has also requested a report on the DC incident, a situation that could still send Chris to jail.

Chris Brown’s on and off girlfriend Karrueche Tran accompanied the singer to court.

  1. His a-s needs to go to jail, but that’s never going to happen. And that’s why he will keep getting in trouble.

  2. Instead of spending his time hanging w/ Karrueche and releasing a mixtape he needs to get his a-s some much needed help.

  3. This girl is so dense…she is in the line of fire and she will be next. She needs to leave him and let him take care of himself.

  4. I hope this helps, but I’ve honestly lost interest in rooting for him. It’s a lost cause until he actually does grow up and learn from his mistakes.
