Chilli just learned a very big lesson when it comes to social media and riling up Beyonce’s loyal fans whom she affectionately refers to as the “BeyHive.”
Earlier today, Chilli decided to post via her Twitter account a list of phrases she thinks should be retired in 2014. One of those things involved Beyonce. Apparently Chilli thinks variations of Beyonce’s name should be banned in 2014. Check out the tweet and photo which was eventually deleted (screenshot obtained by Tattle Tailzz):
When the BeyHive dragged her harder than Pebbles Reid’s daughter did on Twitter, she then stated that the photo was just a “repost” and she actually “loves” Beyonce:

As of right now, Beyonce’s fans are still in Chilli’s mentions, but the TLC singer still says she wasn’t throwing shade.
Beyonce can call herself whatever the hell she wants to. I call Rihanna a queen, and who’s going to stop me exactly? People are haters and it’s sad.
It doesn’t matter if it was a repost or not, this just reeks of jealousy. If Beyonce wasn’t as successful as she is, people wouldn’t be so jealous. I guess it comes with the territory.
I still love TLC but Chilli is a hater! That was a very pathetic thing to even post.

I’m kind of surprised by Chilli. Bey has said that TLC is one of her biggest influences. This was very tacky and childish of her.
Her career is over and she hears about Beyonce all day everyday as she continues to make history she can’t make herself as a solo artist. If I was her I would hate too. lol.
This is why I have purchased four copies of Beyonce’s latest album. I’m tired of all the hate she gets from just about everywhere. It’s pathetic and people need to stop being so jealous. If they worked HALF as hard as she does, they would be successful too and wouldn’t need to hate.

So why did Chilli think this was a good move when she wants TLC to make a comeback? The BeyHive and Navy are some of the most loyal and crazy fan bases out here. They actually do ruin careers.

Oh please. It’s always just a joke when it comes to Beyonce, right? Why is it that Chilli didn’t make this “joke” for a less successful artist like let’s say Ashanti? I’ll tell you why. Ashanti isn’t on top right now. People always like to come for the artists that are on top, and that just shows how petty and jealous they are. I don’t feel bad for Chilli getting dragged. I’m tired of artists who had their success back in the day thinking they can “joke” and throw shade to artists who are doing it big time today. TLC was big when there was no social media and Twitter shading, I wonder how she would feel if someone made the same “joke” during her heyday. Chilli recently started an anti-bullying campaign against bloggers, but yet she posted this tasteless and non funny “joke” about Beyonce. How hypocritical.
That makes no sense at all. No one refers to Ashanti as “Queen Ashanti” (which actually has a nice ring to it) – so that would never be a joke directed at her. You know exactly what Chilli meant with her comment. It was highlighting the hysteria and ridiculousness of Beyonce’s stans and their worship of her like a royal or god-like being. And how can you conclude that Chilli is jealous of Beyonce? Because she has an opinion and uses her Twitter account to share it? Beyonce is an AMAZING artist with so much talent and beauty that stands alone. She doesn’t need that army of crazed lunatics to validate her and fight her battles. It’s pathetic that she continues to encourage them and doesn’t stop them from using her celebrity to tear naysayers to shreds. As for Chilli being a hater,Destiny’s Child opened up for TLC on their FanMail world tour (when they were still virtually unknown), so I don’t think Chilli is hating or jealous of Beyonce.
Jay you can miss me with your comment. If Ashanti was in Bey’s shoes she’d get shaded the way Bey does on a regular by other JEALOUS women. Queen Latifah came on the scene calling herself a queen, and no one had a problem. But because it’s Beyonce, it’s a problem? It’s arrogant? Just as you people load the comments section with hate towards Chilli, Beyonce’s fans are waiting to attack the next person that even mentions her name with anything other than “I love you Beyonce.” At some point, one must ask how a mother of a little girl (that claims to be for women’s rights) can allow her fans to create such havoc on social media outlets and pit female celebrities against one another. She seems to love it. Clearly, Chilli was poking fun at all the ridiculous phrases used in 2013 by the masses. She wasn’t making a negative comment about Beyonce herself.
Oh please. T-Boz and Chilli aren’t so uplifting to women themselves. Chilli slept with a married man, and T-Boz made fun of Rihanna a few months ago just because she’s a bitter person. They aren’t so “encouraging” to women either once you get past the lyrics they sing that were written by other people.
Bow Down was for Bey’s haters, so find another argument. That one is tired. There’s a reason that a woman who had cancer was on YouTube dancing to Beyonce. Her music empowered her and it’s one of the things she said helped her overcome her sickness. Just because you don’t like her and you don’t get inspired by her doesn’t mean others don’t.
But whatever tho…Bey has the number one album in the country with no promotion, the best selling tour for a woman in 2013, fastest selling album in iTunes history, and plenty of fans who love her 16 years into her career. Your hate does nothing really.
Just like all the other nuts, you give me a list of Beyonce’s accomplishments. Meanwhile, Beyonce stays quiet and lets you guys do all her dirty work. Every celebrity you can probably name has helped an ill or sick person recover. T-Boz knows first hand about dealing with a major illness and a brain tumor, so it’s ironic you would put her down and speak of recovery from cancer in the same comment.
There’s no way to dress up “BOW DOWN B-TCHES.” I don’t care how you want to approach it. No excuses. She claims to be a role model for young girls but outwardly expresses her anger toward other females with the word “B-TCH” attached?
And when you speak of people writing songs for TLC, Beyonce also knows a lot about getting pre-written songs – only she pretends she wrote them (*see “Irreplaceable”).
And remind me, is it King or Queen ? Because I’m confused there.

Saying Beyonce isn’t a role model won’t change the fact that she’s looked up to. She’s successful, has a successful spouse, waited until she was married to have a child and she influences women all around the world to take ownership of their lives and careers. Honestly, Beyonce should be finished by now because her image has suffered so much, but here she is again with another number one album that went platinum in less than three weeks. As long as her fans love her, she will be successful. Dare I say she will retire with even more achievements. I know you wish this wasn’t true. I never understood how anyone can wish or wait for someone’s failure, but maybe that makes you feel better about your own life? Haters don’t ruin careers. Irrelevance does. I was about to bring up the fact that T-Boz shaded Rihanna recently, but I see someone beat me to it on here. Yeah, y’all can sit up here and act like Chilli is innocent and didn’t mean anything blah blah…blah but her and T-Boz are messy and have been taking subliminal shots at Rih and Bey for a good minute. Just because someone was successful at one point doesn’t mean they don’t get jealous when they see current people on top. I think they are both petty and they need to stop being shady.

Chilli has done so much dirt to other women that I can’t say I’m surprised she did this. She’s very insecure and unhappy with herself. I don’t care for her or T-Boz. Left Eye was the only one who had talent in the group and they did her dirty too before she passed.
