Chris Brown may still be in anger management rehab and dodged jail time for the recent assault that took place in DC, but now it appears that the R&B singer may have even more legal problems.
According to Rumor Fix, Chris is being sued by a gym goer who claims he was assaulted by the singer and his security guards last summer.
The site reports:
According to court documents exclusively obtained by RumorFix, Malcolm Ausbon is suing Chris and the gym for a beat down after a basketball game on July 29, 2013.
Ausbon and Brown were playing on opposing teams and Brown refused to acknowledge a foul call — he then allegedly threatened the basketball player by saying he would “kick his s**” and “put these hands on you.”
Brown also claimed to be a member of the dangerous Bloods gang in Los Angeles.
Ausbon then claims soon after three members of Chris’ security team and the singer allegedly pounced on him and began punching and kicking him.
He claims he was rushed to the emergency room and treated for his injuries, including post traumatic stress disorder and distorted vision among other issues.
Ausbon is suing for unspecified damages.
I cannot!
How can someone be THIS STUPID? I hope this guy is lying.
I don’t believe this guy. If Chris assaulted him, why didn’t he file charges? Why just go after his money? I think this is a lie.

IMHO this sounds like something Chris would do. IJS!

This sounds fishy because Chris can’t do anything wrong without TMZ and every other media outlet knowing. It has been damn near a whole year. Another reason why I don’t believe it because any attorney would tell a client to file charges and put the assault on record so it will be easier to prove in a civil suit. I’m not saying Chris is innocent but something ain’t right about this story.

I’m thinking this guy lying. Like why now? This happen back in July of last year & he just now wanting to say something. Swear people being trying to give these celebrities a run for they money.
