Chris Brown may still be in anger management rehab and dodged jail time for the recent assault that took place in DC, but now it appears that the R&B singer may have even more legal problems.
According to Rumor Fix, Chris is being sued by a gym goer who claims he was assaulted by the singer and his security guards last summer.
The site reports:
According to court documents exclusively obtained by RumorFix, Malcolm Ausbon is suing Chris and the gym for a beat down after a basketball game on July 29, 2013.
Ausbon and Brown were playing on opposing teams and Brown refused to acknowledge a foul call — he then allegedly threatened the basketball player by saying he would “kick his s**” and “put these hands on you.”
Brown also claimed to be a member of the dangerous Bloods gang in Los Angeles.
Ausbon then claims soon after three members of Chris’ security team and the singer allegedly pounced on him and began punching and kicking him.
He claims he was rushed to the emergency room and treated for his injuries, including post traumatic stress disorder and distorted vision among other issues.
Ausbon is suing for unspecified damages.
I cannot!

I don’t believe this guy. If Chris assaulted him, why didn’t he file charges? Why just go after his money? I think this is a lie.
Maybe he didn’t file charges because he knew it would be a waste of time. Chris has a great lawyer who seeps him out of jail no matter what he does. So this guy might as well go straight for the money and settle it.
So we’re just going to act like it’s unheard of for Chris Brown to assault people when he just got locked up for fighting in DC months ago? Oh. Ok. lol

Everyone is looking for a payday. But Chris brought all of this on himself. That temper will be the end of him.

This sounds fishy because Chris can’t do anything wrong without TMZ and every other media outlet knowing. It has been damn near a whole year. Another reason why I don’t believe it because any attorney would tell a client to file charges and put the assault on record so it will be easier to prove in a civil suit. I’m not saying Chris is innocent but something ain’t right about this story.
TMZ has been late plenty of times. It took them forever to report on Apollo getting locked up and it was these blogs and the AJC to report it first. And Rumor Fix is very credible. They have broken news before only for TMZ to report it later and get all the credit. The guy who filed the suit could be lying but Rumor Fix wouldn’t lie about having court documents.
But don’t you think if this happened exactly how he said it. It would have came out earlier than now? I just used TMZ as a reference but I would think that some other media outlet would have picked this up quicker. In this day in age nothing can be private for long. This story just sounds fishy and for it to come out now after almost a year just makes me give it the side eye.
Do I think the guy is telling the truth? Eh, I don’t know. But remember he can file a lawsuit whenever he wants to. Yes, he says it happened last summer but he just filed. It’s not unusual for people to take this long to file a lawsuit. For one thing, maybe he had to save the money to get an attorney so he could file. There’s all kinds of reasons people take several months to file a lawsuit. I don’t doubt that the lawsuit is real because I know Rumor Fix has broken these kinds of stories before TMZ has. But it’s not impossible that this guy is lying and just wants money. Either way, Chris brought all this on himself because now he’s gotten in so much trouble that people have come to expect this kind of stuff from him. And I think that is hilarious. LOL.
I don’t think it’s funny because I am pulling for Chris to do better. But you are right even if Chris is innocent he will always be guilty in the eyes of others. It is unfortunate but he brought alot of it on himself. Happy V-Day sweetie! 🙂

Girl you know I can’t stand Chris for obvious reasons (lol). But I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy was lying and looking for money. It does happen. Happy Valentine’s Day boo. 🙂

I’m thinking this guy lying. Like why now? This happen back in July of last year & he just now wanting to say something. Swear people being trying to give these celebrities a run for they money.
