Weeks ago it was confirmed that Apollo Nida was arrested for bank fraud and identity theft. And just days after the news broke, it was also reported that additional cast members of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” were also under investigation for the alleged crimes Apollo is being accused of committing.
Some have speculated that Cynthia Bailey’s husband Peter Thomas may be linked to the scams, but Cynthia is denying that her husband is involved.
She tells Jet Magazine:
“I can’t speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn’t have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge. The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information, and this is the first time that I have heard rumors that Peter is involved in any way.”
Oh girl please. Either way your man is spending up all your money and you’re losing right now.
They keep calling Todd an opportunist but Peter is the biggest opportunist on the show. And last night, he got up in NeNe’s face like he holds a peach in the opening credits. It’s pretty embarrassing. Cynthia, girl what’s going on?
I think they’re both desperate to save their spots on RHOA. They are both really extra this season.
This season I’m really starting not to like Cynthia or Peter. Both of them are backstabbing opportunists. And both of them like to start a lot of mess too.
Does Cynthia not know that the feds will investigate people for years without them knowing? They don’t make it obvious you’re under investigation until they want to.

BS. Cynthia has no idea what Peter does. She needs to get a backbone and tell this man to stop spending up all HER money.
U have become an annoying person again this season…so just say u hope and pray hes not involved directly or indirectly…. CAUSE U DON’T KNOW!
Now how would she know? He doesn’t even respect her enough to tell her what he does with her money most of the time.
