Karrueche Tran recently confirmed that the on and off romance between her and Chris Brown is over, and she’s a single woman for now.
However, there’s all kinds of rumors swirling about just what caused their most recent breakup.
In fact, the New York Daily News was told that Rihanna is actually to blame for Chris and Karrueche’s demise. According to the report, Rihanna’s rumored trip to visit Chris in rehab was the last straw for Karrueche and she dumped him for it and won’t even take his calls.
A source tells the publication:
“With Chris in rehab, [he] and Karrueche spoke every day and she stood by his side. She took a vacation to Turks and Caicos and told friends the entire time that they were really good and happy together,” our source explains. “She trusts Chris, but when it comes to Rihanna, she has a zero-tolerance policy. Then she found out about the trip.”
Our insider says the back and forth between Tran and Rihanna over Brown has caused Karrueche to despise Rihanna. When she learned Rihanna had visited Chris, he at first denied it.
“She believed him, but he finally admitted that Rihanna had come to see him. She put her foot down and cut him off completely,” says our source.
Interestingly enough, Chris’ rep says the report suggesting Rihanna visited him in rehab is just a “rumor.”
In the meantime, Rihanna has reportedly decided to accompany Drake on the European leg of his current tour.
Karrueche is up to her old tricks and getting her bff and fake publicist to send these lies to the NY Daily News. Rihanna did not visit Chris in rehab! She hasn’t been thinking about him. The truth is Chris dumped Kae like he always does because he never really trusted her. She’s a gold digger. Everyone can see it.
How is she a gold digger when she’s trying to make her own money?
Do you not see all these gold diggers on these reality shows? Being a gold digger doesn’t mean you won’t go get your own check too. Look at Evelyn Lozada.

Hmm…I don’t believe Rihanna saw Chris in rehab. She hasn’t paid him any attention it seems since they broke up. I think she’s really done with him.
So who told the NY Daily News that lie? Chris or Karrueche? Rih ain’t thinking about those two. Trust me.
It doesn’t matter what or who broke them up, they should just stay broken up.

I believe this. And I think Rihanna is only running behind Drake to drive Chris mad. She don’t want no damn Drake, she wants Chris.
I don’t think I’m buying this one. If Kae was going to stop dealing with Chris over Rihanna, why didn’t she just cut him off when he was dating the both of them at the same time? We’re supposed to believe Karrueche just grew a backbone all of a sudden? I doubt it.

*Sigh* I sure hope this young lady moves on, for her own good. However, something tells me it’s just a matter of time before she goes back to Chris. She might love him but she needs to love herself much much more.
I can’t agree with this. I love Chris but he is the cause of their break up not Rihanna. Chris needs to get his own self together before being in a relationship. Karrueche needs to just move on. In my opinion I think she was loyal to him the relationship just didn’t work. I have been saying forever they are better being friends.
I hope Karrueche doesn’t go back to Chris. This relationship is so back and forth that by now they should just accept it’s just not meant to be.
