The other day TMZ reported that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams is dating Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of Equatorial Guinea.
The website even claimed that Mangue has been spoiling Porsha with lavish gifts and and she’s been posting the items to Instagram.
But Porsha sent a statement to E! News denying there’s a relationship:
“The TMZ report is completely false! I do not know Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, nor have I ever dated him.When there is someone special in my life whom I wish to share I will let you all know. It has been rumored that I am dating many people. I am not focused on dating at the moment but rather the debut of my new single, “Flatline” available on Itunes on March 17th.”
Interestingly enough, the statement came after Mangue’s real girlfriend, actress Tamala Jones came for Porsha on Twitter. In a now deleted tweet, Tamala writes:
Messy. We’re not really sure how this rumor even came about (some say it was a stunt orchestrated by Porsha herself), but it appears Porsha is still single for now.
LMAO!
I think Porsha had to send that lie in to TMZ. I guess when you’re trying to secure your spot, you’ll do just about anything.
Publicity stunt fail.
Big time.
Don’t tell me Porsha is taking a page out of Kenya’s playbook. I thought she wasn’t as desperate. Shame.
Porsha may be getting fired soon and figured she had to try to do something to create some buzz. I mean what else does she have to talk about next season? Her non existent singing career? The Kordell thing is over and there’s not much left to say about it at this point. If she’s not dating someone now, she will be in time for contract negotiation. She has to.

And I don’t blame Tamala not one bit. I’d be pissed too if I was her.
Now this is just embarrassing. I mean how did TMZ get that wrong? Someone from Porsha’s camp had to send them that. Next time Porsha should at least research the man and make sure they aren’t already dating someone.
I’m not buying that Porsha didn’t have anything to do with that story. She purposely posted those “gifts” to Instagram to get people talking and I’m sure she sent over the story to TMZ too. She has a single she’s trying to promote…I see you Porsha.
I feel you sis but I just wonder if you are also willing to admit that your fave Kenya lies more than anyone else on the show.
And this is just a few months after she faked being pregnant for attention. Now who knew Porsha was such an attention whore?

Porsha tried to play the spin game because she was looking like a bird after Kordell spilled the tea and leaked the news about her getting NADA from the divorce. But next time she has to research the man and make sure he doesn’t already have a woman who will embarrass her on twitter. If you’re going to play the game, at least play it right.
Tamala needs to sit her a-s down. Don’t nobody want her criminal boyfriend. All his business is out on the internet now. He ain’t no damn catch. She needs to be trying to get some roles instead of running behind that dirty man!

I’m actually embarrassed for Porsha. I don’t know if this was a stunt or not, but this is not a good look for her at all.
Porsha, please don’t look to start emulating Kenya, one notorious liar per show is enough.
