NeNe Leakes may be a reality star who keeps landing big opportunities, but the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” starlet has a criminal past that recently made headlines since she’s been able to hide it pretty much until now.
Radar Online reports:
According to Athens-Clarke County (Georgia) Superior Court documents obtained by Star, Leakes was arrested and charged in 1992 with three felony and one misdemeanor counts of “theft of services” from the phone company.
Leakes was then 25 and known by her birth name of Linnethia Johnson.
In a plea agreement, she pled guilty to all four counts and was put on two years’ probation and ordered to repay $2,650. Over the next two years, though, the future reality TV star was arrested three more times for probation violations.
NeNe isn’t ashamed of her criminal past though and she tweeted the following:

Huh….looks like Kenya is digging up her past as she is known to leak this kind of news to the blogs and TMZ so that she can use it to push it in people’s faces. I say who cares. She lived and learned and moved on. Nice try Kenya!

NeNe is too funny. I like NeNe but where was this prophetic statement when she was slamming Marlo’s past. I’m just saying lol.

This is why NeNe had no problems being Marlo’s friend. She understood her and trusted her to be loyal. But you can’t trust an opportunist.

She shouldn’t be. Look at where she is now. She’s the most popular housewife in the entire franchise and is making the most out of her 15 minutes. Get money bish!
