We’re sure most of you remember when NeNe Leakes challenged Kenya Moore to write a check for $20,000 to her favorite charity, and Kenya accepted the challenge and said she wanted to send the money to the Detroit Public Schools Foundation.
NeNe said she would match Kenya’s donation.
Interestingly enough, it appears neither of the reality stars actually wrote a check.
The Foundation’s president Glenda Price tells the Detroit Free Press:
The Detroit Public Schools Foundation is gratified to learn that two members of the cast of ‘(The) Real Housewives of Atlanta’ have pledged support to us for the benefit of DPS students. We look forward to official notification of this gift.
As you may recall, NeNe said she would write the check after Kenya wrote hers. However, Kenya told her followers on Twitter that she didn’t write the check because NeNe didn’t write hers.
Messy.
I clearly heard Nene tell Kenya she would match her check, meaning Kenya would write hers and Nene would follow. But once again “Miss Bath Salts Rachet USA” proves she is full of sh**.
NeNe said she wasn’t writing the check until Kenya did. Kenya doesn’t have the money. That was obvious by the look on her face she had when NeNe challenged her. But I’m sure she’s talking out her a-s on Twitter though, as always. She has plenty to say on Twitter, but nothing to say when she comes face to face with people. Phony broad.
It was obvious by Kenya’s face that she doesn’t have $20,000 to spare.
Off Topic: Hey y’all, I just wanted to tell y’all I just found out they are showing a new episode of LHHATL tonight at 8. Apparently they decided to show two episodes this week. Just a heads up.
I thought the deal was Kenya had to write a check first then Nene would follow up. Sounds like Kenya is back peddling as usual. The deal was not for Nene to write the check first but Kenya. Somebody explain to me how Kenya was so interested raising money for Nene charity but doesn’t seem interested in raising money for her own charity.

$20,000 is Kenya’s entire paycheck for Celebrity Apprentice. She wasn’t going to give that up as broke as she is. I’m not saying NeNe is all that richer, but Kenya’s money problems are the real reason she is cutting up so bad on RHOA.

Kenya doesn’t have it. She’s in debt so far over her head from her production company. Her straight to DVD movies are all flops and she’s struggling. Damn, when are the blogs going to start pouring Kenya’s tea? There is so much dirt out here on her and she keeps getting off scot free for some reason. Maybe I need to start writing some bloggers because if everyone else’s business is out there, I don’t see why Kenya doesn’t endure the same cost of “fame.”

Kenya is dumb. If she was so concerned with helping her hometown, she could still write the check despite what NeNe is doing. So she’s going to have to come up with a better lie than that.

Kenya is too busy sleeping with married men to give back to her own hometown. Sad.
In other words, Kenya didn’t write the check. I didn’t expect her to.

Ugh I can’t stand NeNe.
Nah the deal was Kenya was supposed to write the check first and Nene would match her. This is all on Kenya. if she doesn’t have it, she should have just said so, but that would take her admitting that she’s not Jesus Christ after all, something her fans won’t be able to accept. In their minds, she’s a perfect human being although her past paints a very different picture. I hate to say it but since Kenya has been on the show, it’s not so fun to watch anymore. It’s too negative and too over the top now. I really think the downfall of RHOA is coming. It may even start as soon as next season.

Lol y’all Kenya ain’t that bad. Sure, she’s the number one villain and that makes her easy to hate, but she’s very entertaining. I really hope she shows a softer side of herself next season because so many people hate her. And she’s really damaged her image.
NeNe should be the bigger person and still write the check. That would really knock the air out of Kenya. I bet NeNe won’t do that tho.
