Well the day is finally here. Today RHOA star Apollo Nida finally learned his fate for committing identity theft and bank fraud. And the reality star was sentenced to eight years in prison.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution writes:
Apollo Nida, the husband of Phaedra Parks on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Tuesday received an eight-year sentence by a federal court judge for his four-year scheme that involved bank, mail and wire fraud and ID theft.
Judge Charles Pannell, under sentencing guidelines, could have given him anywhere from 92 to 115 months. The government was okay with the lower end of those guidelines. Pannell went slightly above the 92 months partly because Nida’s type of white criminal crime, he said on the stand, has a high rate of recidivism.
Nida, dressed in a tan suit and wearing a beard and mustache, questioned the 96-month sentence and appeared annoyed after the hearing. “The government did what they had to do,” Nida said before entering the elevator the downtown federal courthouse. When asked if he was unhappy about the sentence, he said, “Whatever the judge gave.”
And he probably won’t even serve four. Watch.
Exactly. They said he snitched too so he is not serving the full term.
I give him two years. Celebs and reality stars always get off easy.

Wow, really? I’d heard that they’ve been leaving apart for almost a year, since the end of the show. Guess that proves it if she didn’t even bother to show up.
Phaedra will be filing those papers soon. And season eight will be about her new boo. Watch and see. LOL!

I don’t understand why he just didn’t use that show as advertising, he could have opened up a gym and everyone would have come to it and had the show film it. He could have use the show to open up a club and had the show film it just like his wife did and Kandi did. Use your business on the show and that would have been an income for him. Maybe he is just one of those people who like jail.

Girl, Kenya would smell Apollo’s dirty drawers if he tossed them. She pretty much showed that if he’d said yes in Anguilla, that hoe would’ve been spread eagle on the bed with a rose in her teeth – that’s how badly she wanted to hit it. By the way, Kim is a hoe AND a slut. Just cuz her country bumpkin put a ring on it doesn’t change that fact. Phaedra was absolutely correct.

Well Phaedra will just find another criminal to marry she is desperate. Phaedra look very stupid had the audacity to come for Peter about having a lot of kids, but she goes to marry a criminal and had kids by him. The thirst is very real!
