Karrueche Tran’s romance with Chris Brown has always been a very on and off one, but she usually gets criticism because many feel she is more of a “doormat” who tolerates a little too much from the R&B star.
But Karrueche says in a new interview with EURWEB that things have changed and she’s now more headstrong in her relationship these days.
When asked what advice she would give her young supporters, she says:
“Always invest in yourself and always focus on yourself. At a point in my life I didn’t focus on myself and I didn’t pay much attention to my self-worth. I think that’s very very important to know who you are and work hard for yourself because at the end of the day you are all you’ve got.
“In my relationship…I still have my friends and my family – no doubt. But I am more headstrong.”

I really hope she does speak up for herself more because I was so embarassed for her when Chris actually brrought two girls home with him from the club and she sat in the front seat almost in tears.
